I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered two steaks, but after waiting approximately 80 minutes, only one arrived. The food that did arrive was cold, and the packaging was shockingly poor. The chips were even sent in what appeared to be a bread bag, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this standard. What makes this even more disappointing is that my previous dine-in experience at the restaurant was amazing. However, it’s clear that they are not prepared to offer a reliable delivery service. This order was meant to be part of a birthday dinner, and the missing item and poor quality completely ruined the experience. I attempted to contact the restaurant, but nothing was resolved and no responsibility was taken for the mistake. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience: missing items, cold food, and terrible packaging. Unfortunately, I would not recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant

Great food and service from Roberto, but the overall experience felt uncomfortable This was my first time at Gaucho, and I want to start by saying that Roberto was fantastic. He gave excellent recommendations, was warm and attentive throughout the meal, and genuinely elevated our dining experience. The food was delicious, and the venue itself is beautiful. However, my partner and I felt noticeably uncomfortable due to the consistent staring and overly watchful behaviour we received from several other staff members. As the evening went on, we became increasingly aware of staff, waiters and managers alike, giving us prolonged, judgemental-feeling looks as they walked past our table. It created a sense of being constantly monitored rather than simply being looked after. At one point, someone we believed to be the floor manager approached our table to speak to us and then stood nearby watching. We didn’t see any other tables being treated in this way, which made the experience feel unusual and singled out. My partner is a grown adult (in fact older than me), but we wondered whether her youthful appearance might have raised assumptions. I also arrived in a tracksuit, which perhaps contributed to how we were perceived — although I don’t want to make any definitive judgements, the feeling of being scrutinised was strong enough to affect our comfort. Overall, while the food and Roberto’s service were genuinely excellent, the atmosphere created by the rest of the staff unfortunately made us feel unwelcome. I hope this is something that can be improved, because Gaucho has the potential to be an incredible experience when guests feel both valued and comfortable.

From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. The waiters, Marco and Ashwin, were attentive and took the time to explain every detail about the cuts of meat we ordered. The starters were on another level — simply exceptional. The steak was juicy and cooked perfectly to the medium-rare we requested. The desserts were the perfect ending, especially the dulce de leche cheesecake, which was phenomenal. I would also like to thank the manager, Reda, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommended — 10/10.

One of the most delicious meals in along time. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Our waiter was very friendly and restaurant service was superb ! The downstairs bar staff need a lot of work, not interested, no basic service or engagement. Overall would definitely return to try more dishes

My fiancé and I ate here before a concert and were blown away. We’re both big foodies and steak lovers, and Gaucho completely exceeded our expectations. The setting and mood lighting were spot on, and we felt like royalty from the moment we stepped inside. Our steak was cooked to perfection, the dessert was to die for, and the cocktails were some of the best we’ve had. A flawless experience from start to finish.

Gaucho restaurants always deliver a good quality steak. Ours for dinner last night were perfect. Tasty, good size and different to the regular cuts of meat you get at other Steakhouses. Really enjoyed the food, champagne by the glasses weren't the that good tho.

Food was only okay. The servers were a bit too diligent taking the plates before finish. We switched tables and they served empty tables. Steak was pretty good though although more well done vs what I would have preferred. Quite tender. Misserved my side at first and then although I asked for a salad with dressing on the side, it came dressed. Dishes looked inconsistent I'm terms of volume and finish. Couldn't be bothered. Salad was very limp, lettuce was old. The cheesecake was a disappointment. Ambiance really nice.

The setting is stylish. The service was very good. Unfortunately the food left a lot to be desired. The scallops were excellent, the steak was not cooked correctly for its cut & size. The half lobster was small with hardly any flesh to eat, the desert was undercooked. Unfortunately as a steak house Gauchos is not a t the same standard as Hawksmoor.

This was our second outing at gaucho, and as usual I wasn't disappointed. Fortunately we were able to make it for the Sunday roast, unlike the last time. From the reception, the service was top notch. We got ushered to our seats, and our waiter was Marcus. He did a very good job suggesting some fine dishes and wine on the menu.he was friendly and polite in his approach. The Sunday roast was amazing and the sirloin stake was juicy. I had to put a bit of salt but that was on my own perrogative. I loved every bit of the experience and would highly recommend this place again.

Back at one of our fave haunts, a Gaucho restaurant. This time, at the O2. As usual, excellent atmosphere, great service and fabulous food. The ‘sausage platter’ was so tasty and the steaks, the highest quality, cooked to perfection. One small complaint, if you book at a certain time, why should you be made to wait? We were told, “we are very busy”… seems to compromise and contradict any reason to book!
