   I've bought a few pairs of Robell Bella 09 7/8 length trousers from Charles Vermont. Recently a pair of the navy denim ones, which are lovely quality. Easy online ordering and delivery is within a day or so. Very happy with the service.

   I ordered three jumpers from Charles Vermont and returned two. Despite returning and acquiring a Certificate of Postage from the Post Office as evidence of return, which cost me nearly £7, they are refusing to give me a refund as they say they have never received the parcel. I think this is despicable and will never buy from this company again and if you don't want to be out of pocket I would strongly advise you don't either. Edited to add the following in response to Charles Vermont's reply to my review: The return document I provided was not blurry and it is regrettable that you do not refund customers without prevarication. Given that you are an online retailer subject to distance selling rules , that your business relies on both the goodwill of customers trusting your service and there being a genuine returns policy being in place, it is very surprising that you use condescending tactics of blaming both Royal Mail and the customer. How have you managed to gain a 5* rating for every review on your website? None of the reviews are anything less than 5*!!!! I have provided the non-blurry evidence to merchant services and this matter will now be with your finance dept to handle the refund request. I've never had such a disappointing experience with any other online retailer - buyer beware.

   Just purchased some Dolcezza from Charles Vermont and it's arrived. Really quick delivery, and the clothes look fantastic. I'm extremely happy! It's really got me looking forward to the autumn/winter Dolcezza collection, when will this be available? I'm also interested in the Robell and Marble range, will this be arriving at the same time?

   Extremely disappointed with my experience with CV and certainly would not recommend them to international shoppers. I still am waiting for a reply to my email which was sent over a week ago. So decided to ring them from Australia which is an expense process, the young girl I spoke to was uninterested, unhelpful and really didn't care if she lose my business.
