    Do not order via their website. I put an order through which took the money and then sat whirling while they failed to accept the order. It looks from other reviews that they don't update the website to show when they are not taking orders online. I tried to call at least ten times but no answer. The charge was showing as pending in my bank app but I couldn't find a way to cancel it, and it has now been taken fully, so Baba's have put through a payment for an order they never even accepted. I now have to wait 15 days before I can dispute it with my bank. Their paneer makhani is nice but it is not worth the stress this has caused me. Avoid.

    The food is amazing, but they have a habit of leaving their online ordering systems switched on when they are closed. And it's very hard ro get a refund. It's happened several times to me now... they don't answer the phone. The customer service in general is a joke. Shame because the food is excellent.

    Took 1.5 hours to get our delivery, our mango chutney and others dips we ordered and paid for was not in our bag so rang up to be told we can have them next time because they only had one driver! NOT happy as we don’t get takeout much and was part of our meal to go with the popadoms! Curry was ok nothing special and my so called special curry didn’t have any king prawns in! Peswari naan was pretty tasteless and samosas had no meat in! Doubt we will go back as there a much nicer Indian takeouts near by

    Ordered on RuncornEats over 3 and a half hours ago still not got it, it’s been out for delivery for an hour and a half. Requested to be refunded, but not able to. Offered free order next time but considering we’ve not received this one there won’t be a next time.

    Wow what can I say! Indian cuisine is my favourite and this by far the best I have tasted! Tried a wide variety of their dishes now, always packed with depth of flavour, lashings of Coriander and a lovely level of heat. Side dishes are just as tasty as the main dishes too, I wish you had a restaurant ❤️
