   Used these for years, since it opened, But since the original owner passed away n they got in new staff n new telephone order staff it’s gone down hill, Ordered a meal costing £18.80 n all they brought was 1 correct meal and only half of 2 other meals n didn’t even offer the money back that the 2 whole meals cost. To be honest I’m never using it again and nor are several other family members x So because of this theyre gunna be loosing out on a lot of money

   Ordered for 8:15 collection. Arrived shortly after this time and identified myself. At 8:30 I explained the order was now quite late and preparation hadn’t begun. After a long shift the reason I pre ordered & prepaid was so I didn’t have to stand and wait in the cold. I got a very grumpy, curt reply and an eye roll from one of the ladies. The food was ok, but this is the second time I’ve been stung with the poor service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the last time as we all have off days. But won’t again and will now take my business elsewhere!
