We had an absolutely amazing evening. Thank you so much for the great food, drinks and atmosphere. But most of all, thank you for being amazing hosts and helping us celebrate.

Would leave a zero if possible, booked a table 1 week in advance over the phone and even left a voice mail the day before to confirm. Turned up with friends amd family to be told no table and no booking and no apology and just kicked us out!! To be honest I’m pleased as the place doesn’t look clean and everyone just crammed in. Went to another lovely amd welcoming restaurant in Bexleyheath. Definitely would not recommend

Where to start, we prebooked for 26 people and all paid a deposit When we aŕrived on time seating was not ready tables had to be pushed together odd chairs were found and added to the ends of the seating area, very shabby. We were then told it was a minimum £10 spend at the bar if using a card so as a non drinker my soft drink was £10 which was outrageous. The serving staff were very very rude and disinterested in our food choices again we were told what we would eat by being told there would be no individual choices just various dishes from the menu, I explained I have a restricted diet and would like to choose was told this was not an option sxe were a big group? my work friend is Gluten intolerant her menu had been highlighted with what was available but only served after much complaint and even then was a minuscule amount of food for the £32.00 charge. The add insult to injury the celebration cake we brought was given back to us in its box once we had paid out bill. All in all a terrible place to go to just a money making business no customer service whatsoever AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Honestly never had such an awkward meal ever. It’s like you have a cheek asking for dishes. It’s supposed to be an all you can eat but we were made to feel awkward every single time we ordered. The staff are quite rude. I said thank you to the same member of staff over 10 times whenever she would bring anything and no acknowledgment at all. Will not be coming back.

Visited Twin Palace in Bexleyheath with the family and had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made the experience feel welcoming. The food is a little on the pricey side, but the quality more than makes up for it—fresh, flavourful, and well presented. Only downside is there’s no free parking, but there’s paid parking close by. Can get a bit noisy when it gets busy but overall, a good experience—not quite excellent, but definitely worth a visit.

I need to visit again...I'm used to fine dining so the £30 eat as much as you want menu I found restricting. Will do a lone visit to sample a wider variety. This was a work outing that suited everyone's budget. Will post once I've made a return visit. For now not my cup of tea. Strange setup where you order but nil happens until the headman okay it!

Do better Twin palace. My second here and it was a last minute thing we phoned up and booked as we was attending bingo before hand. It was not busy at all and we was sat at a table right by the toilet so everytime someone opened the door all we smelt was poo. When ordering the woman got funny at how much my friend had ordered despite it being a all you can eat. Whilst we was sitting there eating our food over around 7 staff was just standing staring at us and pointing and talking. So much so I am not someone to complain but I had to pull a staff member over and to ask them if they can stop staring and pointing as it is very rude. This definitely should not be how customers are treated. Whether they thought they ordered alot or not. I will not be returning. The food however was lovely which I could not fault. Just shame about the training of the staff how to be professional. We would of stayed and spent alot longer there buying drinks but after the way we was dealt with we couldn't wait to eat and get out.

Had an amazing night . With the family . Awesome New Year’s Eve party was only forty five pounds each which was great value for money .we had starters which they would happily refill for you. Then duck and pancake (which was awesome) . The mains were awesome as well. The toilets were a bit disappointing but it was a very night. Disco was good . We also got free champagne at twelve o clock. The owner came over and spoke to us and got us another free drink when he found out it was a birthday as well . Many thanks

Very nice food , not sure if its cooked fresh that quickly , didnt hear any food actualy cooking , used to be able to hear the food frying , it came out very quickly .,not many staff so getting drinks and service after getting food is a little slow, no parking either , but king prawn peking style is the best food there. Drinks are not super exspensive . The prices have increased alot now 24.95 on a week day each , which is a little steep i think . It was around 18 pounds and it was cold inside the resturant aswell no heating. . We will be back because the food is nice . Slightly less on the menu to a few years back aswel.

Great fun evening. Staff were great and friendly. Food was superb and never ending, wish I had space for desert. The DJ was good and got everyone up to dance with his set. Great prices. Carpark across the road, next to the Marriot or get a taxi so you can drink!!!
