   I was excited to try this Indian restaurant based on a colleagues recommendation, but I left more frustrated than satisfied. The menu’s handful of veggie dishes felt like an afterthought, with limp vegetable curry and bland dal that seemed underseasoned. Worse still, the starters, like samosas, tasted like they’d been pulled straight from freezer bags at the local supermarket. When I asked, the staff actually confirmed they rely on pre-frozen supermarket products rather than making anything in-house. On the bright side, the front-of-house team was friendly and attentive. Drinks arrived promptly, and our server was polite and apologetic when I pointed out issues with the food. Their genuine effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and handle complaints courteously did not prevent this visit from being a total disaster. If you’re primarily after meat based dishes, you might fare better here. But for vegetarians seeking fresh, authentic cuisine, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Otherwise, the solid service is worth two stars any less, and I’d have given zero.

   Just had a great meal at Maya Tandoori ! Tried the King Prawn Sizzling (£12.50) Naan (£2.75) Chicken Naga (£12.95) —all were good, but the **Chicken Naga** was the real star. Perfectly spiced with just the right kick! The naan was soft and paired well with everything. Definitely coming back for that naga!

   Best Indian restaurant in town. Awesome food quality, great ambience, very friendly staff, nice music, excellent quantity of each food item. Highly recommended. If you are around Bexleyheath, Dartford, Welling or Crayford, this is a must try for you.

   Fabulous food, lovely wines, amazing service, beautiful restaurant and lighting, even the toilets were immaculate! We had the very reasonably priced all day Sunday buffet, lots of choice, all fresh and hot. However, this is a Bexleyheath secret... This is not advertised on their website, or their Facebook page. Should you have the patience to hunt down their Instagram page, and scroll for a bit, you will find a post on this elusive buffet! If this was promoted, I think they'd be booked out months in advance. My husband and I will definitely be back, lots!
