   Got food collection from here at 19:00pm And went to eat my mixed grill And my boyfriend went to eat his chicken shish And all meat was raw got video Didn’t get refund Refused new food why get new food after getting served raw food I’m now 19 years old been getting food here since 9 or younger over 10 years and being served raw food for the first time ever Laughed at my boyfriend when bringing and showing him the raw food and found it hilarious laughing in our faces

   The price, food, and service are good. Considering the price, the food is good. I had a platter. Usually Turkish platters have a mixed doner, this one didn't but they had Lamb Chops. Usually you get chops in the most expensive platters certainly not at this price range. You also do get different items in other places including different kebabs and hummus. They don't give you humus. Nowadays the price of everything rose. Considering the price, I would say the food was good and the portion was okay (could be better)

   Came here on a whim and I’m really glad that I did. We were warmly greeted at the door by a member of staff and they were attentive and friendly throughout the entire time. The complimentary bread was 10/10 and so were the complimentary sides. The food was good and flavourful and we were served quickly. We were also given a complimentary rice pudding for dessert which was great too! Our only criticism was that the restaurant was really cold which kinda dulled our experience. But overall, we’d definitely return and recommend - I can imagine this place would be great for large groups.

   Decent food, I would prefer having bigger portion sizes but the food quality is really good albeit a tiny bit pricey. Service was really good, waiter was happy to chat to us, gave recommendations and was attentive throughout. Will come back again.

   This restaurant was very good 3 years ago. It has gone very downhill. Over priced, portions are nothing in comparison to what they used to be. The waiter spent the entire time staring at me and my girlfriend whilst we ate, he was about 2 metres away, it was extremely uncomfortable and made us both want to leave there as quickly as we could. Then to top it all off, he stares her down as she goes to the bathroom. Appalling service, change your staff or train them to be professional.

   I have eaten at other Kervan restaurants and have felt the portion sizes are different. I ordered the Kervan Special and it wasn't as expected. Personally I won't be coming back. But do give them a try as what I find annoying may not mean the same for you.
