Excellent store, really large with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Liv was especially helpful with my not-so-tech-savvy mum who wanted to return an online order in store in helping her generate the right documents there and then on her phone.
I would like to express my congratulations to the employee of "New Look" in Trafford centre in Manchester, whose name is: Jordan. He served us on 6th December 2025. He has an impeccable customer service, he resolves issues at once, he exhibits a friendly approach to customers, and he creates a great atmosphere for customers. ~~ Such employees are a credit to the "New Look" store. Also Komal who served us on 3rd of December 2025 was good at serving customers. ~~ Another top marks to Jordan who despite the hectic atmosphere at "New Look" on Saturday 6th of December 2025, he knew how to offer 10/10 an impeccable customer service

Called into the store this morning and could not believe your section for young girls I could only find a tiny section hid in a corner . Why bother stocking young girls clothing if that's all you have to offer a complete waste of my time . You need to stock up or don't bother .
Just been into your Trafford store and had the most wonderful service from Cerys and Izzie. They were polite, helpful and went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. They are both a credit to your store and gave us some great advice about prom dresses and accessories. Thank you both so much.
I had the worst possible experience with an employee here her name is Jodie I think she had black or brown hair with red money pieces firstly she greeted me with the worst possible attitude instantly rude I hope no other customers have to encounter this young lady she cussed me under her breathe and rolled her eyes whilst I asked her a simple question where to find the Jean section I hope she gets a course on how to talk to customers or reprimanded becasue her attitude was disgusting. Please may this employee be taught properly no matter her attitude to address people like people and not something on her shoe
Wonderful experience especially with the excellent customer service of both Kat & Rhia. They not only found the size of coat I was looking for but also came up with an alternative dress in the size I needed. They were both efficient, professional & very personable throughout.
