A very kind and friendly staff member sort to resolve my issue immediately, he kindly introduced me to Scott. Scott didn't hesitate to find the problem and resolve the issue and talked me through what was wrong and what he did !! All I can say is that he is a credit to Halfords I've only ever had service like this in one other car garage and I've been to many in my lifetime. He was perfect”
