“Came with my partner today 29/09/24 very neat and tidy store everything well presented . The staff was amazing big shoutout to one of the male staff didn’t get a name but on this day had a black tshirt on and a khaki hat was very helpful and informative 100% knew what he was talking about when it come to the stock even checked in the back for sizing for my partner couldn’t do enough for us definitely deserves some recognition. Also man on the till serving was fab too and delivered excellent customer service.”

“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “Amazing experience! I got my conch pierced today by Vikki and I have nothing bad to say! Despite me having several other cartilage piercings I was terrified of my conch but she calmed my nerves and assured me that it’s one of the easier piercings! She was gentle but quick, making sure I was okay afterward! We went through the aftercare advice and she was very kind and professional. I’m in love with my new piercing - 10/10 experience! “This is a great place to shop for clothing. I always have a look around here whenever I’m at the Trafford Centre. NEXT keep up with the latest fashions and thankfully their sizes fit me. This store has a wide range for Women, Men and Children so good for the whole family. There is a Costa Coffee shop in the store too. As with anywhere in the Trafford Centre it is better to come here during the week and not the weekend because it does get very busy here on Saturdays and Sundays. Also it’s easier to park during the week. There are many free car parks around the Trafford Centre but it fills up very quickly at weekends. If you can only get here at the weekend it’s better to come early. Thanks for reading.”

I was dreading doing a bra fitting, but there was really nothing to dread. She gave me lots of great tips and there was no pressure at all to buy a bra either, even though I did end up buying one as it was just so comfy! “Very large, spacious store with everything we wanted. It was very quiet when we went in, pleasant surprise. Upstairs had little to nobody up there, downstairs was very quiet too. One of my most pleasant Asda shopping experiences.”
