“Great spot for Desi shopping! They have a wide selection of Indian and Pakistani products, and the meat section is pretty good and reasonably priced. The staff is wonderful! Always friendly and welcoming. Muneeba, in particular, is very polite and helpful! I always try to go to the till she's running!”
“It's a good shop and has good variation of eats.”
“This store is temporarily close for refurbishment, but G Maps would not accept my edit. It was going to be shut for a month but it is going on for longer due to asbestos found. Expected re-opening is now sometime in the summer.”
“The location is great. The products on offer are very varied. The prices are low and quality high. The staff are always nice. I don't like chatting and they have no issues either keeping small talk or not chatting at all :) During the first wave of the pandemic the queues were massive but since May 2020 until now everything is back to normal rush hours.”
“I recently visited the Home Bargains store in Manchester and was very impressed with the selection of goods on offer and the prices. The store is well-stocked with a wide range of products, including homewares, toiletries, electronics, and toys. I was particularly impressed with the selection of homewares, which included everything from furniture to kitchenware. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was able to find several items that I had been looking for at a fraction of the price of other stores. The staff in the store were very friendly and helpful, and they were happy to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Home Bargains to anyone looking for a great selection of goods at low prices”
“Kiki was truly wonderful—so kind and absolutely amazing! We visited the shop, and she surprised us with free pastries as a delightful gesture. It really touched our hearts!”
“Love m&s food. Great quality and not as expensive as you think for food that will last all week and not spoil”
“Easy parking Can buy almost all my shopping here they have a very wide choice and best of all if I go on a Tuesday I get 10% discount as a pensioner”
“Right next to my school. Great! However closing at 4pm on a Sunday isn't ideal.”
“Great shop for the odd bargain while in Stretford Mall. I go in to look for vegan options and have come out on occasion with some really great deals including Cliff Bars, Trek Bars, Nakd Bars, Organix crisps/bars,Jude's ice cream,Pukka vegan pies, Pieminister vegan gravy, Kirsty frozen gluten free/vegan meals, White Rabbit vegan meals, dairy free yoghurts and lots of different diary alternative milks. All staff are lovely, friendly and so helpful. Definitely worth a look and it will save you some money too.”
“Very nice and very good quality supermarket. Lots of things have changed. They now have fresh fruit and veg”
“Convenient for locals. I was dropping a parcel off at the parcel safes outside,. So not so local to me but I'm sure local residence find this place very useful There are other shops including at least 3 food shops in the same block including English, Chinese and Indian food and a 24 hour petrol station with Tesco shop right on the roundabout accross the road. So pretty good range of shops for locals within a small area.”
“I went for a bra fitting and she sent me a survey to give feedback, unfortunately the link doesn't work! I hope Kushwant sees this as she was so helpful and really made it a lovely experience! I was dreading doing a bra fitting, but there was really nothing to dread. She gave me lots of great tips and there was no pressure at all to buy a bra either, even though I did end up buying one as it was just so comfy! She showed me how to collect loyalty points and advised me of current discounts. Thanks Kushwant! M&S are lucky to have you x”
“Great local shop for all your essentials”
“Good local coop. I visit several times a week. Helpful staff, though they can be moody.”
“Very nice place to go and buy groceries and meat here. Staff are helpful too only downside is parking not so good as can be hard to park here plus can get very crowded inside down the isle and meat area”
“Yet again, amazing service from Tesco Mobile, specifically David. Despite being very busy (the only staff member on when i arrived there), he was friendly, courteous, efficient and so helpful. He never makes me feel like a.techno idiot (although I am!) And ALWAYS solves my phone problems. Thank you David”

“Best shop in the entire stretford best foods better than aldi some things are limited due to it being a small shop but a great handy little shop I can't live without it. Will be nice to get quality tea bags as well and more variety of vegetables and lentils will help a lot. Thank you for your kind service”

“Great shop, Mo is lovely helpful and caring and takes an interest and knows all our kids and everyone else in the neighbourhood . He has all the staples, eggs from a local farm, alway had bread when the country panicked last year. He even has a few Linda Macartney veggie sausages hidden away in his freezer and he's good for an emergency Aubergine or can of beans or box of chocolates.”
“Very large, spacious store with everything we wanted. It was very quiet when we went in, pleasant surprise. Upstairs had little to nobody up there, downstairs was very quiet too. One of my most pleasant Asda shopping experiences.”
