   Worst shopping experience NEVER EVER, I bought the shoes from their website at the beginning of October and received nothing. I kept emailing them and contacting, and until now almost 2 months pass soon. No any updates and only meaningless apologies

   Bought shoes from them online. Took over 2 weeks to get them and when they arrived I wanted to send them beck because of the size. Here is the tricky part they don’t send return label and you as a customer need to pay the shipment and hope the items arrives and that you get your money back. Heard a lot of people who hasn’t been refunded. Don’t buy anything online from them because if it doesn’t fit you are screwed. Reached out to the customer support but the answers you get it would be better not to have a customer support. Recommend them to close sales online because it’s the worst shopping experience ever!

   Terrible. Didn't send an item and accused me of saying i'd received it. Couldn't replace as it was out of stock, after I asked for a further investigation into distribution they said oh we'll send you a replacement. My opinion. They found the product and sent it out. Really terrible overall service. I returned the lot and absolutely won't use again.

   DO NOT BUY HERE! Their customer service team always ignore e-mail or message after customer completed the order. They will reject your request by any ridiculous reason, if you are lucky to receive the feedback. MR PORTER or matchesfashion is better than this store, if you want excellent goods and service.
