   Prices on shelves different to price at till. Really rude staff that didn't know how to do their jobs. We bought our products elsewhere, with better customer service. (06/05/23)

   0 stars to be honest, As I was waiting to get served at the till, 4 ladies going back and forth on who was going to serve me, they were absolutely unbothered and just sitting around. They were quite rude and you could tell they did not want to be there at all!

   IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! I went to the Footasylum women’s store only to be greeted with sour faces, when I asked them if they could do and exchange they were not happy. I had my receipt and everything that was needed for the exchange, when I got to the till the manager (who I later found out was her first day) was very off putting and had very bad customer service. She didn’t look me in the eye and she talked to me coldly. Because it was a simple exchange the discount I got online should be honoured in store but the new manager refused to do this. I was polite and asked her why as it was an exchange for the same shoe (no money involved). I then declined and took my shoes to the men’s one downstairs and was treated nicely by the staff and management who said the women’s store was known to get complaints on customer service. I told them how I was treated and they said they would pass it on which I am very glad!
