   Amazing prom dress experience for my daughter. Professional and personalised shopping experience with a natural flare to get the right dress, the right colour and style for my daughter. Very patient to ensure my daughter got the full prom dress shopping experience . My daughter was so delighted with her Sherri Hill dress and so many comments made about how beautiful it was and the nicest prom dress they have ever seen. Owner goes above and beyond and helped us out last minute also! Would not go to any other shop for a prom dress!

   I ordered a prom dress for my daughter as I didn’t want to purchase the one in store that had been tried on. After a couple of months of waiting I contacted the shop, I was told the dress had been delivered. I went to collect the dress and it was dirty and pulled and had been adjusted to fit the size I had ordered. The owner basically pretended to have ordered a new dress and had taken the shop floor sample dress to be altered, clearly after several months of people trying the dress on! This shop has now moved to the Royal Exchange Arcade! Avoid at all costs!

   We stood outside the door for a while and she basically didn’t server us left us on our own was unwilling to help and had the nastiest look whenever we asked for help. However when another costumer came in who is clearly a different race (white we are not) she rushed to open the door being extremely nice and welcome and chose the stick and help her although we came first?! I don’t recommend this shop if ur looking for a welcome place. Horrible service after reading reviews you can tell the lady has a preference with costumers. Didn’t even say hi or bye or thank you while we still did.

   Don't be put off by the negative post, yes they keep the door locked and have policy's to protect the theft and scammers. We found the customer service really good, made my daughter feel really welcome and no pressure. The dress was reasonably priced and good selection. I'm surprised more shops don't do restricted access with the amount of theft from shops.

   I was amazed with the service I was given. Me and my husband went in on the day of my wedding for a replacement dress as the one I originally chose from elsewhere didn’t feel right. I rang and booked an appointment for as soon as and I was given a time within 20 minutes. She was very helpful and gave me lots of options as she does have a very wide range to choose from. She helped my find just what I was after something modest but also quite blingy. She even hand sewed and adjusted my dress at the shoulders and definitely saved the day. I will definitely be going back for future occasions.

   After being a number of shops for my Daughters prom dress this one way by far the best!! The lady went above and beyond to help us find the perfect dress nothing was to much trouble,we didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying, the whole experience was a dream if I could give this shop 10 stars I would ! Highly recommended and very reasonable prices thanks you so much pictures to follow x

   What a horrible experience!!! I fail to see how a credit note on a prom dress (returned within 10 days of purchase and unused as purchased 3 months ahead of prom) is a suitable solution and recompense. Your payment terms need flagging up as being totally unsuitable and unacceptable. Your customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. What a horrible woman. awful shop and dreadful experience….avoid! The passion just isn’t there and it shows!!!

   I took my daughter to Pastiche in May looking for a prom dress. The choice was amazing. She picked out 5 dresses to try. The lady was very helpful and friendly. My daughter struggled to get one dress on and the lady helped immediately and fastened it up properly. The lady offered different colours in a dres which my daughter loved. Resulting in the perfect dress for her. The dress wasn't cheap but its amazing. Our experience was wonderful and it was altered and delivered to our door. Thank you Pastiche Couture. I have recommended you to all my friends and family for future proms xxx
