   This is a store I visit frequently. The staff are always very polite and respectful. Bernie is extremely helpful and truly someone who solves problems when they arise. I’ve seen some comments saying the staff are rude, but I honestly don’t understand why. I once saw a customer leave their basket to try on clothes, and when they came back, they got upset because the clothes in the basket were gone. The staff member calmly explained the situation and tried to help — I really admired their patience. Also, whenever it gets busy at the checkout, they immediately open another register. Lorraine and Claire are absolute angels — they treat every child with such kindness and warmth.

   I’ve been a frequent shopper at the shop and have always appreciated the excellent customer service, the clean and well-organized shop, and the high-quality products available. However, I recently encountered an issue that has negatively impacted my shopping experience. Some women customers are collecting large quantities of clearance items without checking sizes, presumably to resell them. This behavior makes it difficult for other shoppers, like myself, to find and purchase items. It’s really annoying and sad to see this happening, and it’s frustrating that the management team hasn’t taken immediate action to resolve the issue. Implementing limits on the number of items one person can buy from the clearance section could help ensure that all customers have a fair chance to purchase the items they need.

   Staff is very rude , one of the m&s lady deployed outside fitting room just barged through the curtain without making sure it’s free or not and then had the audacity to be rude and question why my wife was in the changing area while another colleague of her had asked to use the particular changing room. Disgraceful behaviour!

   Yeah I mean it's an outlet so it's hit and miss. Sometimes it'll be really great and you'll get everything you want. Other times all the dresses will either be in a size 8 or a 24. Generally speaking, there are some decent bargains to be had.

   Went to buy a new suit, shirts and other items. The men's department is rather smaller than the women's, but relatively well stocked with formal wear, woollens, casual trousers/jeans & underwear. Prices are good compared with normal M&S, depending on what you want, & they exchanged items for different sizes without quibble.
