DONT BUY, Product packaging is shocking bad, customer service is horrible, Order come in damaged can't get any outcome from customer service for 3 working days. They don't want to deal with you at all.

I have sent some items back that were nothing like what they were supposed to be. I have been waiting over a month for my refund, they now seem to be ignoring my emails and calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
I ordered some cycling shorts which were much longer than the images showed on their website. According to their returns process I have to return them within 2 working days of receiving them (I'm pretty sure 14 days is a legal requirement in the UK), and will be charged a 35% fee for the processing the return when the product wasn't right in the first place. Very bad first experience. I'm unlikely to place another order with this company.
HOW I WISH YOU WOULD LET ME POST WITH ZERO STARS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After ordering and receiving our items last week, the order had totally wrong sizes in it and they had replaced size 14/16's with size 24's. After contacting them straightaway, we are here a week later still waiting for our additional items that we had to purchase at a cost of £177. They reckon their customer service is top notch but actually will only reply to emails, cut you off during online chats when you are trying to get the matter sorted and refuse to help with concerns when you try to call them. Even now, they cannot assure us that our items will be dispatched today even though we have it in an email from last week. Yet nobody will take responsibility for this huge mess they have created. Take your money and spend it elsewhere, there are far better companies out there whose customer service team actually want to help. And if anyone actually wants to read my copy of the online chat then please feel free to contact me, I'd be happy to let you read their "excellent" customer service responses to our concerns!!
