   If you go in person to the restaurant you get a warm welcome and a very friendly service. I went in with my daughter and they offered her lollies and fortune cookies. They showed her the restaurant with all it's authentic decor. The food was very delicious and for the price it was well worth it. Big portions too. I would highly recommend this place for both eat in or takeaway.

   Booked table on line It was confirmed by email. When we arrived no tables available. When I told them we booked on line and had confirmation of the booking. They had no idea what we were talking about. We won't be going back. Don't book.on line It will be a waste of your time.

   Extremely Unsafe – Beware of Food Poisoning Risk I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others after what happened. My friends and I ordered the king prawn fried rice from ming long restaurant and within hours, several of us became violently ill with food poisoning symptoms. This was the only shared meal we had that day, and the timing and severity of the symptoms point clearly to the food we received from this establishment. This was not just an off night — it was dangerous. We are currently in the process of reporting the incident to environmental health authorities. I strongly urge others to exercise extreme caution when considering this restaurant. Food safety is non-negotiable, and what we experienced could have had far more serious consequences.

   Ended up here as my usual Chinese was closed. I am SO glad I came here!!! The food was absolutely amazing, hot, fresh and really tasty! Find the recent reviews hard to believe; My only complaint is that the BBQ sauce was too salty.. but the food itself was absolutely beautiful. We had chow mein, egg fried rice, salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper chips, crispy chilli beef & mini vegetable spring rolls. Absolutely gorgeous this will be my new regular Chinese!

   Ordered for a delivery. When turned up there was a dish missing. So called to say that a dish was missing. Was told over the phone that we hadn’t even asked for this. My daughter heard me order and said to the guy on the phone that she had heard her father ask for the dish. He said he was the owner. He then turned up on the doorstep 10 mins later with the missing dish and was more or less squaring up to my 20 year old daughter. Arguing with her. Must say my daughter never complains or argues. So certainly did not instigate this or was rude. Been ordering from here for a while now. And there was a missing dish last month. But just put it down to a one off. But to be confronted like this, by the owner, by his own admission, disgusting service. Food wasn’t up to standard either. Most went in the bin, I always try and support our local businesses. This one however, will not be given another chance. My advice, to customers, avoid. My advice to the owner, get some training in customer service. Thank you all for reading

   Lovely food but a week ago when we ordered again, we found out what we normally order has more than doubled in price. We told them to forget it and went to happy garden down the road which we actually ordered a dish extra for £32 for all we ordered and ming long wanted to charge £65.20 we won't be going to ming long again when there's a Chinese just down the road and just as lovely for a lot of cheaper.

   Over the last year the price of the food here has gone up ridulously. Each time i've ordered the same thing, each time it has been much more expensive than the time before. When i asked why it was different, i was told i had an old menu. My meal has gone up from £20 to £27.40. I will never order food from there again. £19 for Pad Thai and chips is daylight robbery.

   The food was ok and enjoyable but the service of the staff let it down and the environment of the place lacked something too as it was a celebration evening being new years eve and the place was not busy and somehow a little underwhelming it was like it was just any other evening even some background music to give the place some life would have been a great improvement

   Good quality of food and choice at reasonable prices. Excellent friendly service. Venue is very basic and does not do justice to the cuisine and service that makes up the hospitality offer. Cold environment and low quality decor. More like a café than a restaurant. This should not discourage you from visiting as we thoroughly enjoyed a very pleasant dining experience due to the food and service.

   Got there for 8 o clock with 22 others. Needed to be home for 11. I didn’t order starters, just a main. The group got food from 9.45 but they forgot mine. Finally got it 10.33 and had 12 mins to rush. No drink offered, no discount, just a doggy bag at nearly 11. Nice food but didn’t get to eat much as it took 2 1/2 hours to get it.
