We came to Brentwood with a group of 20 (plus a few extras!!) for a pre-concert dinner & can’t praise Lisa and the team highly enough - everything was delivered on time, with a smile! No problems at all, and we will definitely be back!!!

Haven’t visited for a while but had a great experience in pizza express Brentwood tonight. The service was great. Not only did the food come quickly but the waitress was very attentive. She was very friendly and made sure all her customers were well looked after. Pizzas were very authentic and great toppings !
The server here had a lot of attitude, she was very rude and aggressive to us for no reason. She was throwing and dropping our food aggressively and she ignored us multiple times The food here raises more concern, the milk was left out for ages on the counter and the dough was raw!

The event exceeded all of our expectations and left a lasting impression on all the guests who attended. The level of service provided was truly exceptional, with the staff demonstrating a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth throughout the duration of the party. The activities that were planned for the children were not only engaging but also well-thought-out, ensuring that every child had a fantastic time. A special mention must be made for Billie, whose presence and leadership truly made a significant impact on the overall success of the party. The children adored her and her enthusiasm was contagious. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for hosting parties, not only for children but also for adults such as business gatherings and team-building activities. I ordered a delivery of Romana Pollo American, Polenta Chips and Classic Dough Balls. It arrived within a reasonable amount of time and was still warm. The pizza was a good portion size and the base was thin with a bit of crispiness to it. The dough balls were lovely and comes with a separate container of garlic butter. It was our first time trying the polenta chips, they were okay but not the best out of the meal.
ordered pizza on deliveroo from you guys around 3 times in the past couple months. and twice me and my family of 3 have had awful food poisoning hours after. took me the 4th order and a day of throwing up to realise that somethings going on with this restaurant. wash your hands please. Pizza is great but this is just unacceptable and needs to be addressed
We drive from Romford to eat here as we fancied a change. We waited at the door for a good 5 minutes before someone came over and took us to our seats. We then had to wait another 10-15 minutes for a waitress to come over and take our order. We were served by Lisa who has a rather miserable face but is the actual opposite, she smiled and nothing was too much trouble. Reminded of how it might be at Karen’s Cafe but without the rudeness. Pizzas were on point, full of toppings and not soggy at all.
Incredible team! The manager was incredibly kind and friendly. Was very pleased with the food as well as the experience of Pizza Express. Thank you for making my dinner feel like a special event.
