We popped into the Saffron Lounge for the first time, as a spontaneous walkin, and honestly the welcome couldn’t have been nicer. We were given a lovely table straight away and the whole place had such an easy, inviting vibe. The food was five star good - full of flavour, really fresh, and just delicious. Service was spot on the whole time too, friendly without being over the top. We left saying we’d definitely be back. Great local find!

The food here is, unfortunately, pretty average — not bad, but far from memorable. Despite the recent redecoration giving the interior a fresh and pleasant look, the quality of the dishes hasn’t really matched the new surroundings. Worth a visit if you’re after a nice setting, but if it’s flavour you’re chasing, there are stronger options nearby.

Don’t often review before finishing but I have to say - hats off to this lovely place. Yes I was a 5.30 walk in for one BUT welcomed like an old friend, manager talked me through some menu recommendations (love trying new food) and attentive staff. My meal has just arrived, looks and smells awesome. Phone keeps ringing with take out pick ups arriving all the time. A chance find thanks to Google but highly recommended!!

We had been going to Spice for many years & were devastated to learn the former owner had retired, we needn’t have worried. Manu & his team have given the restaurant a slight makeover, & kept the menu much the same with a few new additions. The food was as tasty, brilliant flavours, excellent presentation. We will certainly support Manu in his new venture & look forward to our next tasty meal

I visited Spice as a change from where I normally go in Chalfont and it was fantastic. I had the evening buffet which was £19.99 and this got me poppadoms, chutneys & dips, starter, main course, rice, side dish and a naan. The food was very tasty and presented beautifully. The lamb Noorjahani was particularly delicious and I would recommend, being a creamy spicy curry that was very different to anything I've had before. To finish, the complimentary creamy coffee concluded a lovely meal. The service was great and staff were very friendly and inviting. Thank you for a lovely meal and I look forward to coming back soon.

Such nice food. The service was exceptional. We ordered delivery and the gentleman who delivered it was so polite and efficient. Our order was error free and super tasty. We plan to visit the restaurant next time but a definite yes from me and my partner.

One word can describe everything. It’s AUTHENTIC!! Chicken Noorjahani should be nations favourite dish. I will come again for this unique meal. Oh, one more thing… service was very friendly but super professional.

Had a very pleasant experience here. Service was great, quick and very friendly. Nice relaxed atmosphere and the food was lovely. Would definitely pay another visit. One of the best Indian/Bangladeshi restaurants around. Thank you for a nice evening.
