I visited today as I was told there was a gift shop at the restaurant. I was looking for ideas for a Xmas present and was helped by Bradley. He was very friendly and helped me put together a lovely hamper. Nothing was too much trouble and I’ve got a great present for my friend. Thank you Bradley for first class service. Will definitely be visiting again.

came in the other day for a bite to eat with my nan before we did some xmas shopping, was greeted with a smile and seated quickly, the service was fast and the staff were lovely, Lacey really made the experience with her recommendations and lovely personality. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and will 100% be returning :)

We were really looking forward to our visit, but unfortunately it didn’t quite meet expectations. There was no gluten-free bread available as the delivery hadn’t arrived, which was disappointing. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and it went cold quite quickly, and the pancetta was a bit grisly, and the hollandaise sauce was a little sickly. We also had quite a long wait for our drinks to arrive, and overall the service felt a little slow. Not the worst experience, but not as enjoyable as we’d hoped. Don't feel it was quite worth the price paid.

A quiet Sunday morning breakfast for me was not quiet in this kitchen, as they only had one chef on, I was warned of the thirty minute wait before I sat down (without a wait). But I had nowhere to be, so it wasn’t an issue, and the staff were so good about it as well. The cappuccino was very tasty, but the apple juice I ordered alongside, I question whether it was watered down. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was in order to make the “Go Magnifico!” offer financially viable. In the end, I only waited about twenty minutes for my food, and it was alright. I’m pretty sure my Eggs Pancetta Benedict was served with bacon, not pancetta. The eggs were a little undercooked, but this is preferable to over-poached eggs, so it was fine. The Hollandaise sauce tasted “jar-y”, and indeed it’s spooned out of a bowl from under a heat lamp, so if you’re a Hollandaise snob, would not recommend. Overall, for £15, it’s a nice coffee and some alright grub. It didn’t break the bank, and it’s nice to have a server actually smile at you for once, unlike at other family friendly restaurant chains nowadays.

Food was amazing.. Pasta al dente, fresh bread and succulent chicken. Service wasn't up to standard. We stood for 5 minutes at the door and then told sit where we wanted and we'll bring menus. Wasn't very busy just looked unorganised. Ended up with 2 servers asking similar questions, which is fine but doesn't give confidence. I do like the billing system where you can scan the QR and pay your bill

Had a lovely lunch with my mother-in- law and baby daughter. Staff were very friendly and accommodating of the baby, and very kind when my mother-in-law had a funny turn and needed some medical attention. We're very grateful for their care and assistance. Food was tasty too! We usually go here for a treat if in Meadowhall, and will definitely continue to do so after today.

Had a lovely day out and decided to try this place as it looked quite nice (how wrong was i). Ordered the lasagne which sounded nice on the menu only for it to turn up which looked like it had been microwaved within an inch of its life very very dry and solid on the edges to which we mentioned to the waitress and nothing was done about it My wife ordered the calamari which looked and tasted way past its edible date very poor food for the price I for 1 will not be going there again but if you like overdone microwave food try it out.

We stopped for a late lunch, had a short wait to be seated because of no reservation?? Waitress was attentive and we ordered drinks and meals together. Unfortunately the meals came out wrong twice, but the food was lovely once we got our order. A generous discount was applied without asking which was appreciated.

Only went for drinks selected 1 soft drink 1 coffee and 1 beer to be told they don't sell the beer on the menu at that branch. I think you need regional menus.

I hate being Gluten free & usually having to find the tiny symbols on vast menu’s to pick out the slim offerings available, not anymore A full gluten free menu available with a wide range of choices & lots of details about each dish. The staff are as lovely as is the food. Nice touch with the gluten free sticker on the food too, It was nice not to say I’m gluten free do you have an available option and sound awkward , I could just pick off the Gluten free menu. My husband ate off the main menu & loved his too, thank you for a nice & easy dinning experience we could both enjoy x
