Rude and unprofessional staff. Purchased £250 online and it has been sent in cheap packaging. Visited this shop and ask to purchase a box or even paper bag , the lady at till very rude and angry refused to sell me anything.Not buying BOSS ever again.
Don't buy Hugo boss items. Purchased this tracksuit and the tracksuit bottoms have already developed an issue as shown on the photos. This company should be ashamed selling items at extortionate prices but giving low quality products
Popped in to see if they had some tops I've seen online, spoke to one of their colleagues about what I had seen. They returned to me with in minutes with the items. Excellent service was in and out with in 5 minutes
Been here twice and mixed race worker has been rude and aggressive both times, if you don’t want to work there then leave. Reece was lovely though
Came into the store yesterday with my husband and we were struggling to find the right item for him. Thankfully, a kind gentleman named Armin really helped us out. He took his time to show us different colours and options, and was incredibly patient throughout. Thank you Armin!
I’ve bought quite a few clothes from this store and always been looked after by the staff, I went in during the start of the sales to look for a jacket, I approached a member of staff called Marcus (the tall one) who had a look for my size, they didn’t have it in store but had one at the store in Selfridges, he offered us a drink and said he’s go and get it for me which he did, Marcus went above and beyond what I expected and it was great to receive such great customer service, I had my son in the store with us who is autistic and really struggles with anxiety in busy shops and doesn’t like to feel pressured when looking for anything, I have to say it was the least anxious I’ve seen him in a shop, all the staff were great with him and really made him feel at ease. Great store, great staff and top quality clothes
It’s really really disappointing what’s happened to me today ,,, I bought a t shirt yesterday to my mate as a gift and he tried it at house and he doesn’t like it , I take it back next day to store to return it , the guy on cashier with a bit grey beard refused to return he said it has fragrance on it he was very aggressive and rude, I said what !!!!! My mate he just doesn’t like,,, what fragrance you talking about !!!!! He insisted not to return,,, it’s a big shame on HUGE BOSS to employ people like this man ,, Iam customer and I have the right to return it under uk costumer protection law… Moreover to this ,he came to me he asked me to exchange it but not to return it ,, he enforced me to take another sweatshirt and pay extra money,,,,,Now if the T-shirt has fragrance on it as you mention why you accept It again !!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, me , my family and my friends in our life we spend lot of money to buy from HUGO BOSS who doesn’t respect and trust their customers,, Its really really frustrating me ,, never ever again buy things from HUGO BOSS … Finally,, I would thank the security they was nice and I want to mention the guy works upstairs with dark skin , who wearing earrings ,, he is very polite and kind who help me when I bought the t-shirt ,

I had a major emergency, local tailor let me down with my wedding THIS SATURDAY!! The guys at BOSS saved me, very efficient, very professional, couldn't be happier. Should have gone to them first, couldn't thank them enough.
I deliver to this store, and I have to say I am very grateful to Darren, who works in the stock room. He is very polite and friendly, and the other day was extremely helpful to me personally, with a very difficult task. Definitely going above and beyond to assist me. I've never visited the shop, but if the staff are as professional as Darren, I look forward to it.
