   Disgraceful company. No communication. Items out of stock for 2 months+ despite allowing for sale on site. Asked for a refund after we eventually realised they had not arrived (this was very recently, they did not notify us of any delay). They are saying they have refunded but they have not so we are having to claim back through PayPal. Take a very long time to respond. I would avoid the headache of ordering from them.

   Only delivered half of my order and I've been trying for over 2 weeks to get in contact with them to discuss the issue, so far I've emailed, called and used their contact form on the website and still no response from anyone. Am now having to go through credit card company to get my money back. Don't use this company.

   Awful company. Ordered items which took weeks longer than expected and estimated to arrive - so I then asked for a refund. Well over a month later and I’ve still never received a refund. They won’t answer their emails, messages or calls. I’ve tracked the items I’ve returned and they have received them back.. disappointed and largely out of pocket. AVOID this website

   Dont not use i wish i had read the reviews before purchasing item of there website they put a fake tracking number on the order days before telling my order will come in two loads still waiting a week for these to arrive ask for a refund and now they gone quite cant get hold of them my advice is to stay well clear!!

   Very poor service said the items dispatched sent message for tracking number and they said will send out for early next week, so why update order with dispatched still not got items 11 days later terrible service I will not be using again

   Have bought several times from here both via ebay, and direct (this saves on AU GST), and everything has been sent quickly. An issue over an out-of-stock item was resolved with a suitable replacement item sent rapidly.

   Do not use this company. I bought something from them from ebay and it didn't arrive as the packaging had been opened. They were completely useless at resolving my problem and even though they knew they had issues with items going missing in transit, they did not send a replacement and i had to open a dispute with PayPa.

   I ordered some items that we needed urgently, the company sent out the wrong sizes and were reluctant to exchange them although it was there error!! Very bad customer service, never had an apology and had emails ignored. Will now wait to see if the correct sizes are sent....
