Recently had a takeaway and not impressed. Food took over an hour to be delivered and dishes were missing coupled with the massive increase in prices. Such a shame as it used to be so good.
Advertised as 30 minute delivery. 1 hour 20 later after calling several times told it is still in the kitchen. Update: 2 hours 15 minutes, over 10 calls to the restaurant. No apology, no food. Final update: 2 hours 30 minutes food arrives cold and bland, still no apology.
Have not been to eat in but what I had delivered arrived on time,was hot and tasted delicious. I will be looking to book very soon.
I tried this place for the first and last time today. I got chicken when I asked for lamb and it was tough as old boots. I can't help but feel I got the meat they were trying to get rid of. I also asked for it to be lactose-free, which they told me they could do and I ordered what they recommended, but they failed there too. They offered me a discount on my next order but I won't be going back.
Mohammed and his team have taken over the Spice Palace formally Stoneleigh Tandorri. The food is absolutely amazing. We’ve eaten here a couple of times under the new management and the service has been quick and delicious. Really warm welcome from Mohammed. Good luck.
Of all the Indian takeaways in Epsom / Worcester park , I’ve yet to try this place until very recently. From my experience, I only regret not visiting sooner. The food was of a very high standard with lots of flavour. I would highly recommend the Butter Chicken, Not many Indian takeaways can get it right but this one certainly does. The Nan bread is soft and fluffy - baked to perfection. The service was impeccable and the staff are very friendly. Understandably, it is very busy so would recommend pre ordering. Looking forward to my next home dine experience
My favourite Indian takeaway ever. I have ordered dinner many times with my partner. The exterior design looks modern. The environment looks organised and professional. The staff are very polite. Service was good and fast, our order was prepared and delivered in a timely manner on every occasion, For the food, we ordered Onion Bhajis, Popadoms with various chutneys and dips, Vegetable and Lamb Samosas, Butter Chicken, the Chicken Dhansak, Chicken Jalfrezi and some plain rice on the side. The food is immaculate, and I cannot express it enough, it is beyond delicious. Every single dish was an absolute hit. The presentation and portion is definitely worth its value. Me and my partner both agreed that our favourite was the Chicken Dhansak, so definitely worth placing an order. Overall, this place is outstanding and has left me satisfied, I will be ordering often!
