   Really bad customer service. I bought a hoodie and bag for my son . He didn’t like the bag so took it back a couple of days later. I was told I could not have a refund only a credit note . The two staff were rude, sniggering as I was trying to explain was disgusting. Contacted customer services who were not interested. Do not buy from here

   Joke of a company very rude do not give refunds when have receipt because they was £15 off item . Itrm was bought in shop the day before!!!!!! Ams refused to put on gift card as I dodmt see anything to exchange for !!!! Will never use this company again I have spent thousands ovef past fee years in this shop . Just so rude

   Absolute disgrace of a place, we visited today, 5 of us including my 12 year old daughter. Upon entering the alarm went off and an on-site rude women came over and literally snatched my 13 year olds bag from Pull and Bear from her hands and said let me check you bag. I stated we have only just walked in the shop and not to touch our bags. You’ve literally just seen us walk in. Well you don’t want to get caught out she says insisting we are shop lifters. We literally spend 2-5k a month shopping in designer shops in the Trafford. She wad horrible and then when I refused and snatched the bag back she savoured get out you barred. Absolute disgrace.!

   It’s been a week since I ordered, the item still hasn’t dispatched. Didn’t receive a confirmation email, so I had to ring to ask if my order wasn’t confirmed. They told me it was but I still haven’t received anything. Customer service is really bad. Spend your money in Childsplay instead lol. Deffo not purchasing again

   Does very good brands, not a big variety of sizes though. Also I bought two outfits for my sons each item had 20% “or more” off got to the till came to a lot more than I’d calculated but was in a rush after they took so long checking stock, anyway when I got home & Calculated it they charged me over £15 each set then they should of they changed the % off only one item was 20% & they was all exactly the same but all had different % off?? I’m confused...

   Extremely poor customer service, staff were rude. Closed earlier than Trafford centre, a rude lady on the front of the door. Wasn't informed about the fact that the return policy is 7 days and exchange only at the time of purchase. Was rushed out of the shop so unable to exchange my purchase. Extremely unhappy with the service as a whole to be honest. Just after lockdown you think staff would have a little more patience after being closed for so long but they clearly not.
