   I had the best shopping experience with amazing customer service from a lady called Sultana!! I arrived assuming the gift hamper I saw online would be in store but she explained that they have to be pre-ordered. Gutted, I just began to browse but Sultana found me to explain I could buy a gift box (£3) from the store and fill it with things in the store to mimic the gift hamper!! We filled it with little booties, clothes, a blanket, and toy! She helped me choose things and recommended different colours and sizes (eg 0-3 months rather than 1 month outfits as babies grow fast which I hadn’t considered). Just brilliant and a lifesaver on this shopping trip! Then she stuffed the gift box with tissue paper, placed the items in to show me what it would look like and I added another item to fill it completely, and then she signed me up for their membership. She was super patient as well as I take a long time to choose things. She also explained “Gift Receipts” to me which meant if they clothes were too small my friends could exchange it. Sultana really saved me as I was going to see my friend’s baby immediately after!! Can NOT thank this woman enough!! Thank you!! Thank you!! They loved ALL the choices!!

   Terrible customer service, my wife and I went in on Saturday around 5pm. Terrible customer service from the woman at the desk. She kept asking my wife and I how much rent we were paying on our apartment and just kept asking and asking each time we politely said “we’re just here to buy these items for our baby” - she just would not stop asking, then she kept trying to ask if bills and other expenses were included in the rent and she must’ve asked us around 5/6 times. At that point we just picked up the bag after paying and left. Very very very rude and nosey woman! These questions were completely inappropriate and frankly non of her business. Terrible customer service.

   Got put in touch with the team here to talk to the guys about some things we'd need for our incoming baby by signing up for a personal shopping experience. Holly was fantastic, really knowledgeable and not at all salesy which we really appreciated. This is all new to us and we felt comfortable and understood. Great recommendations and we look forward to using our new equipment when it arrives. Thank you Holly for a great experience.
