   I used this place for over 20yrs and moved else after ridiculously long delivery but I took a chance and went back well BIG MISTAKE! NEVER again it took nearly 2hrs for me to get my food after me calling and messaging after the hour was up. I thought the length of time meant I was getting good food but no! I’ve no idea what’s happened at this restaurant but the Naan bread was flat, weird and greasy nothing atall like a naan bread is or should be when you get them elsewhere. The korma was more actual curry sauce and tasted like incense sticks. Standards of food and delivery are terrible. Hugely disappointed at the service I received. The Mahal yes 20yrs but like I said never again, your standards starting slipping years ago.

   Not sure what's happened to this place but its a mere shadow of it's former self. Food is poor standard, naan bread like a sloppy pancake. Freezing cold inside and being there were only three of us in the entire restaurant they still managed to mess up the order. Won't be going back again.

   Took over an hour and half to arrive from a very short distance. Breads were grossly undercooked and the curries were flavourless. There are so many good curry houses in this area and this one is an embarassment. Definitely go elsewhere. In response to your comment...feedback to help you improve? You've been doing this for years and from other reviews seem to be content to provide a poor service and low quality food.

   Shows how we have different tastes. I have tried three different local Indian take aways over last few months this one was streets ahead. Tasty food, arrived hot when expected and as ordered. Can't fault it. Three of us ordered different things all equally pleased. Give it a try.

   Very nice food. We saw the notice on the door in the photo about bringing your own drinks and assumed it was unlicenced but this was incorrect. They do gave a licenced bar with a good selection. We paid 2 pounds corkage each. Quiet tonight (Wednesday). friendly. Lovely decorative pannels of etched acrylic ..... Chapati very good.
