Tiffins Tin is the best place for an Indian takeaway, the service is always super fast and polite and the food is always so delicious. The people there are really nice and the prices are perfect for good quality food they serve. Best Indian takeout place in the area!

Terrible Experience – No Food, No Support, and No Refund I ordered food from this restaurant through Uber Eats, only to find out they use their own delivery rider, not Uber’s. My food didn’t arrive on time, so I tried to contact them — I called over 10 times with no answer. When they finally picked up, they told me the rider hadn’t even shown up to collect the food. They then asked me to cancel the order, which would cost me £7.50 out of an £8 order — that’s ridiculous. I didn’t cancel, because why should I lose money for something that’s not my fault? I was left waiting outside my office for over 30 minutes, calling again and again — they just ignored my calls after that. In the end, I never received the food, and now I’m left wondering: Where is my money? I didn’t get the food, I didn’t cancel the order, yet I’ve been charged and completely ignored. This is unacceptable. I expect either a full refund or at least an explanation, but clearly, this restaurant doesn’t care about its customers. Avoid at all costs.

I had such a great experience ordering from here. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and much lighter than most takeaways I have tried. You can really taste the difference in the ingredients, and I loved that everything felt clean and home-cooked rather than heavy or oily. The menu has a lot of variety, and the portions were generous, especially the starters. I tried a few different dishes and enjoyed every one of them. It was also nice to see good options for vegetarians and gluten free eaters, which makes it an easy choice for sharing with friends. The service was friendly and welcoming, and even though delivery can sometimes take a little longer, my order arrived hot and well prepared. For the quality of food, I thought the prices were very fair. Overall, I really enjoyed The Tiffin Tin and will definitely be ordering again. It is a gem in West Hampstead and a great spot if you want fresh, tasty Indian and Nepalese food.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Tiffin Tin! The food was bursting with authentic flavours – fresh, perfectly spiced, and beautifully cooked. Every dish tasted like it was made with real care. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The portions were generous, the prices fair, and the atmosphere cosy and welcoming. If you’re looking for delicious, high-quality Indian cuisine in Mill lane, The Tiffin Tin is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Really excellent food and service is incredibly helpful. Couldn't find a dish I'd loved online (the mango chicken - recommend!) and the staff were very happy to arrange for it over the phone.

The management/owner has decided to use small round cardboard pots and the quantities are honestly miniscule for a delivery. I ordered 3 dishes (Lamb, chicken and chana) and it barely fed 2 people. Barely. £45 for 3 curries and 3 naans and 1 naan was wasted as again there was simply not enough food to service the naan. Their quantities were always borderline acceptable/less but I accepted this in the past due to the quality of food. But this is now feeling like a bit of a rip-off and also I don't think the card board boxes they use are very good for heat insulation as food was pretty cold. Obviously it's snowing outside - but I don't think their new concept works and I won't be ordering again.

Amazing food. Try the salmon curry. Not our local but we drive 15mins to collect every week. Fresh ingredients always and outstanding customer service. Very friendly!

Hospitable host, delicious dishes and beautiful presentation. The delivery bags and containers are environment friendly. And maintained food safety at every steps.
