We held a 75th birthday party, they easily accommodated 30 of us. The team at Cardamon are great, Sweta and Kiran took very good care of us and were very attentive. The food did not disappoint. Every dish was tasty, and portion sizes were decent. Good vegetarian selection. I enjoyed the paneer tika, good flavour, and not overly spicy. We had a great time and will be going back.
Food average but expensive. Customer service awful. Ordered from their website which promises delivery within 60mins. Food arrived after 90mins and delivery driver (who I was told was the manager himself!) didn't even apologise! When I mentioned how late he was, he became defensive and shouted at me saying the traffic was bad. (we live about a mile away) By that point it was 10pm and the food, of course, lukewarm. Byriany was bland and dry. Poppadoms were stale and all broken. Lamb rogan josh was good. They also send misleading promo emails with subject heading '20% off' for a code that only gives you a 10% discount. Find somewhere better.
More of a Pub with well presented food. Quite Loud, & sports on TV’s louder with a pub atmosphere, an ideal boys sports watching night out with food and a pint place. If you have been to good restaurants, you will be disappointed. Food is very average but looks and is presented very good but very over priced. Going on a date? Maybe not the best choice. Would we go there again? No. But you can try it going by the 5* reviews, but judging the experience ourself the 5* reviewers dont seem to have been to nice places before. Staff is friendly, service not an issue. It just wasnt our type of place but may be yours. Sorry Cardamom Club just an honest review.
I have to update my review because I wanted to give a local food business a chance, but after a couple more times of giving them a go, they haven’t improved their timings on their service, and the quality of the food has become poor while the price keeps going up. I ordered two dishes, one of which was the madrasi curry, and the fish in the curry was as tough as dried meat. The sauce was okay, but not impressed. It’s too bad that they don’t seemed to understand the importance of good service in conjunction with good food, and how that equates to a good reputation.
I would rate the food but it hasn't arrived. Ordered Friday night at 1934, still waiting at 2109. Called twice, no apology, just told it's coming. Still no apology on second call, after pushing I'm told I can have a free onion Bhaji on my next order. As if I'll waste my time and money on such poor customer service. Acknowledge your fault instead of believing it's acceptable.
Gorgeous, good quality food. Lovely staff too - one of the drivers drove half way across London to return my wallet when I accidentally left it there! We order from here all the time because it is consistently delicious. The Lamb samosas are amazing.

Whhhhhaaaaat?! I can't believe this place has had bad reviews! I think it's amazing and you actually taste the subtle flavours in the light sauces. It's not just all swimming in ghee. Maybe the portions aren't huge but you can taste it is quality meat so i'd rather a smaller portion of something lovely than a huge portion of dubious cheap meat. The prawns are amazing, big fat and juicy with actual flavour not just cheap shriveled up. Yes they do tend to be on the mild side but they will spice them up for you if you request.
