   Shoes from here are generally good quality and general store assistants are friendly and helpful. Sadly, I recently experienced purchasing a pair of damaged shoes from the Trafford store, which the manager would not let me return. One looked worn, which I was not disputing, they were just not worn by me. I don’t think the general staff had done this maliciously, I think it was likely an oversight from a previously returned order, but the manager lacked empathy and understanding of the situation and made myself and my husband out to be liars on the shop floor and would not refund the £100 for the damaged shoes. This lack of customer care continued even after he told us that the member of staff would have checked the shoes were in perfect condition at the till on purchasing because that’s “procedure”. After this I had told him to check the CCTV of me buying the item as this did not happen. After viewing the footage he agreed that I was correct and that the staff member hadn’t checked them at the till, but he was still determined not to refund us. Thankfully, Schuh’s excellent customer service team apologised for our treatment in store and refunded the item in line with their policies. I will buy from Schuh again, but not from this store, at least not while it is under this management. Hopefully just a one off, but I urge others to thoroughly check your items before leaving the shop.

   Fantastic service at Schuh Kids – Trafford Centre. Huge thank you to all the girls at Schuh Kids in the Trafford Centre, especially Aisha. They were absolutely amazing with my son – so kind and patient, even when he was scared to get his feet measured. Aisha went above and beyond to make him feel at ease and turned what could’ve been a stressful moment into something fun. Proper customer service – warm, understanding, and professional. Massive thanks!

   Schuh shop has a variety of shoe brands such as adidas,Nike, New Balance, Steve Madden, Puma and so on. Also branded socks are available. In my perspective there is not much selection.. This shop is located in the second floor of the Trafford centre. So guys go check out Schuh.

   Never shop at Schuh in Trafford Centre. Terrible experience here. Took my daughter who struggles to find shoes due to her difficult size. We were in the shop more than half an hour before closing time and were served by two helpful members of staff. She finally found a pair just on closing time and the staff member went to the back to get the second shoe. An extremely rude and aggressive staff member (not sure if he was the manager) came up to us and insisted we leave his shop immediately as we had, and I quote, "spent too long in the shop" and they were closed. Tried explaining that we had been there well before closing time and we were simply waiting for the shoe we wanted to buy. He said we had to leave immediately and he wouldnt allow us to buy the shoes anyway. Never been treated so badly in a retail shop before. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

   Very poor customer service for a return at Schuh kids. Staff didn't know what they were doing and wasted so much of my time. Hannah especially had a bad attitude and made it sound as if I hadn't bought the shoes from Schuh when I had clearly shown every possible proof of purchase. Thankfully a manager from Schuh next door knew how to do a return within a few seconds!
