   I work close by so I usually get my sons things from here. Staff are always friendly. Can be waiting a bit at the till sometimes. I was helped by the lovely avais today (I hope that's his name) he qas absolutely lovely. Very helpful and informative and not invasive or pushy. A credit to the store.

   Could do with putting someone on changing rooms we were waiting ages for someone to come from the tills to open a room for my son. Other customers fed up of waiting and leaving It's like staff aren't bothered it makes me wonder how these people run a business crazy.

   Shocking customer service… I went in yesterday to look for some school shoes for my little boy who has learning difficulties and as I was speaking to a worker there my little boy was playing with the polystyrene object that goes in the shoe once I pick the shoe and asked for my sons size the gentleman (maybe manager on a power trip) bent down and snatched the object off my son who was doing no harm playing with this. Then to get to the till and be spoke to like dirt from another colleague is shocking I will never buy another thing from that store.

   Manager on a power trip. Acted childish and unprofessional because of a fault with a girls shoes that needed an exchange less than 2 weeks after purchase. The poor woman and child was treated so disrespectfully. I’ll be boycotting until this manager is fired

   I went to return my clothes that bought literally a day before a whole tracksuit and it smelled weird and the zips were jammed I tried to return it with the receipts and tags but they refused to return it this is my first and last time shopping from here absolutely disgusting customer service. Manager was very rude as well and very judgy.

   Great choice of trainers here with many different styles to choose from. I have been in this shop a couple of times and there always seems to be a new range of trainers out. The staff members that I have met all seem to be very polite and happy to help with anything you may have problems with. Only downside is the trainers are a little pricey.
