   I was looking for some shoes for work, Rayenah assisted me. She was friendly, smartly dressed, knowledgeable of their products and not at all pushy. She showed me a couple of styles she thought I might like, which I did. My experience at Clark's today was a pleasant one.

   I visited this store on Friday evening about 6pm and the two young ladies were extremely helpful measuring my feet and ensuring my shoes fitted perfectly, I left the store extremely satisfied and kind regards to both young ladies and apologise fir forgetting their names. Thank you Winston!

   Ria helped my daughter to find school school. She was lovely asking my daughter all about her xmas and very friendly. Also delt with the store manager there and had a chat with her. She was really helpful and friendly. Makes a nice change when staff interact with kids like that. Both a credit to the company.

   We went to the Middlebrook store today with our three children. Two of them needed new school shoes, trainers and pumps. We did have a bit of a wait but it’s a busy time in the shops this time of year. The lady that dealt with us was called Sarah. She was one of the best sales assistants I’ve come across. She was so patient with our son and he can be challenging at times. She made what is usually a very stressful outing a fantastic one. She is brilliant with the children. We found some shoes that the children liked the look of but Sarah also suggested some other options. Which fit the children much better than our choices. Really happy with the service today thanks to Sarah! Will definitely be coming to the store again and hopefully she’s working! Thank you

   Babies first shoes. Young assistant had no rapport with my granddaughter, my daughter or ourselves, no explanation as too what shoes were needed for a baby just walking. When asked were these first shoes she was showing us shrugged shoulders and said no,no explanation of what we should be looking at. Got a full size difference in both feet which wasn't correct as we've had her measured before and didn't know how to put a babies foot into a shoe. What should have been a special experiences for us all was awful. We left quite upset and disappointed with the terrible service. If that's the way Clarks now train staff will go elsewhere.

   Big shout out to Karen! My 3 year old boy was really nervous about having his feet measured, and got a bit upset. She was so kind caring and patient, measured his feet without too much fuss, and even managed to get him giggling and skipping with excitement with his new shoes. She had so much time for him, even letting him scan his own shoes on the way out, and checking that his current shoes fit ok. There were people waiting to be served, but Karen took the time with us, we didn’t feel rushed, and we left with a very happy little boy. Thank you so much

   Good shop, always good service at Clarks. Little busy but it was a Saturday. Got my son some trainers, little on the expensive side but they do last longer than most.
