“Fantastic professional service received yesterday by Chris. My Husband hates shopping for shoes as he has little patience trying on shoes that rarely fit him from the usual High Street stores. He needed a new pair of Brogue Shoes and he had observed the staff from outside this store attending to a customer and he had been in to the store and was very impressed. After almost an hour, of trying on shoes, we eventually found the right shoes, with fitting and expert advice from Chris. My Husband was very happy with his birthday present of the Loake Edward Brogue Shoes in the beautiful Mahogany colour. We will definitely be back for another pair of shoes or boots as this experience was well worth the trip in to Manchester. Please keep up your good work and your exceptional service.”

“Absolutely blown away by the fantastic customer service by Dave Clark... went in very last minute for a suit for a friends wedding and told him the kinda thing I was after and he picked out pretty much what I had in my mind to a T, maybe even better. Helped not only find the suit itself but went around and found the perfect shoes, shirt and tie to accompany it. “A fantastic hidden gem! Superb staff who really go out of their way to help you find that little something, it's always a pleasure shopping here. Can be slightly addictive as you really don't know what treasures you will find from a pretty scarf to the perfect winter coat. Have purchased many beautiful items at such a bargain price that still have the original tag still on them. The stock is in extremely good condition, shop is spotless and airy and you can easily lose an hour just browsing. We booked it and highly recommend it to expectant parents (great value!). The course is led by Rachel, an experienced midwife, an absolute star and wonderful woman. “I Visited Oldham store few times and each time i was assisted by Darren Murray. He has excellent customer service, so attentive. He listens to customer request and goes the extra bit to help and support my request. He found what I was looking for by looking online on shoeszone website and then tracked shoes in back stock room where as others would simply say sorry not in store/stock. He has a caring attitude with " I'm happy to help"outlook and nothing is too much for him. Each time i go to store i look for him and if I can't see him I feel disappointed as often walk away with the aim to try some other day. I'm happy to travel from Ashton to Oldham even though Ashton does have store all because Darren Murray provides such a nice service..he's great asset to company.
