   Worst customer service and racist staff. There was a one white male staff working yesterday 30th December 2022 on floor. I think he has some attitude problem with Asian people or brown people. I showed him one shoe and asked him for a size but he said nothing not even hello and hi, how can i help you etc. First i waited there for a staff to come over and he was standing there free doing nothing, seen me and ignored me. I approached him by myself but he doesnt look okay with me. He doesnt talk to me and even i told him to bring 9 size but he bring down the wrong size. When i told him its a wrong size then he replied with weird smile like laughing on me and said ok. He went back and bring a right size. When i went to the counter for payment he didnt even say anything to me and just smiling on me. He felt me like i am joke to him and inferior to him. He didnt even say thanks after a payment because of his attitude i am not going to walk on this shop seems like manager gave him free hand. Worst customer service.

   Worst customer service. I think the male shop assistant who was there on the 7th July 2022 about 21:59 had some attitude issues and doesn't know how to talk to the customer. Me and my family went there and twe asked the female shop assistant is this OK to come in and she replied yes its not 10 o'clock yet. The time was 21:55.we quickly decided what we want and asked for the the size 6 and when my daughter asked for the the size 5.5 after that the women sales person said let me check but the same time while she was walking back to get me the different size the male shop assistant stopped her and quite rudely said to me if I want i have to take this(6). His attitude wasn't right and he shouldn't be on the shop floor. Never going to shop again

   I cannot recommend this store. I believe I was purposely given a size 0.5 too small because mine wasn’t in stock. By the time I noticed/expected the leather to stretch which was 2 days, they had been worn and I was refused a return. This business is not owned or operated by Aldo, therefore Aldo cannot offer any support. They are owned by a Canadian franchise with no email address or complaints procedure. Therefore everything is based on the managers discretion which I found to be very unforgiving. The store was nice so I’d recommend trying on shoes in the store and then going home and purchasing from the Aldo website. This way you actually receive the support from the business you believe you are buying from.

   Never in my life would I recommend this place. Brought a pair of shoes and first wear the heel snapped. Alfo refused to do anything Would rate 0 if I could. Aldo the amount of shoes I've purchased from you....never again. Lost a customer for life

   Manager - Staff different sales Strategys I liked an item on show . Asked to buy it . - Refused by Manager can't Purchase the item . Got in contact with Aldo HQ .. Aldo HQ informed me to go back to store to buy it . As Manager Can't refuse Purchases .. but Manager still Refused to sell items . Unbelievable!? So Aldo Store .. selling items on display can't be bought . Was expecting a phone call from the Store Manager to inform me about coming back into the store to buy the item . Didn't get a phone call or Contact . later visit store .. item Removed from display . I guess sales can be up but only if the store manager allows it . For some reason this must be the only store where you have to ask for Permission to buy an item rather than the staff helping you to Purchase the item with minimum fuss .

   Lovely shoes I bought a pair and my daughter saw a pair she liked but they had broken strap fasteners. She ordered a pair but they came back the same. They were for her wedding too. Quality like that wasnt expected from Aldo.
