   Really pleased with the food, with generous portions, good flavour but not so salty. I had the fillet beef which turned out to be a full steak for a very good price, cooked just right so it's still tender.

   I’ve ordered from this Chinese restaurant several times and really enjoyed it — it was becoming my favourite local spot. Unfortunately, my last experience has completely put me off. My most recent order arrived incorrect and cold, and while I was offered a replacement and free delivery on my next order, the customer service was very disappointing. When I spoke to Emma, she came across as impatient, patronising, and unhelpful. This really affected my experience and has put me off ordering again. It’s a shame, because the food had always been good before, but customer service matters just as much as the food.

   The food was just about edible. Ordered a takeaway and literally the rice was hard, the ribs were overcooked as well as the salt and peppered chicken wings… literally they were ‘salt wings’ in a ‘can’t be bothered to chop onions’ garnish. The chop suey is the same sauce they use in their ‘House special’ rice. And also… you DONT GET ANY PRAWN CRACKERS regardless of how much to spend. It will cost you £1.90. How ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually cares about how they cook and their customers. How ridiculous! Shut the shop down if you can’t afford a proper chef or afford to give free prawn crackers. What a waste of £40. Never again
