Chicken noodle soup was terrible Chicken balls, hard coating soggy chicken Prawn crackers tasted old Over the top oily curry Would not recommend

Literally just bought chicken chow mein the bean sprouts are raw there is no soy sauce not one bit of flavour just noodles and beansprouts the chicken is nice but the mushrooms are tinned and slimy I would go back for refund but im at work so never going there again
Veg in the salt and pepper prawns was past it's best, carrots were chewy and peppers tasted off. Egg fried rice tasted burnt and was quite chewy and very dry. Some of the salt and pepper chips tasted stale. Won't be using this takeaway again, used to be good, not so great now. Also, we were told 10 minutes and 25 minutes later still wasn't ready.
DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 2.5 HOURS FOR THE WRONG FOOD. Absolute worst experience ever with this Chinese, took over 2 and a half hours to get here, called after 1.5 hours they said it was on the way, hour later I drive to the store and it STILL hadn’t left, only for me to get home and half the order is wrong.
I have used Oriental Kitchen for 18 years. The food & service very good. Even though we have moved away from the area 7 years ago we still order from here. Delivery makes no difference food still delicious.
Best chinese around the area! Highly recommend... staying traditional with the silver trays reminds me of when I was a kid.. curry sauce is beautiful.. I'm glad the chips are still the same and you ain't changed them like the rest of the chineses. I will certainly be using this chinese again
General stuff: Building is okay, the interior has a nice feeling to it. I love how sometimes you can smell the food. Food: The beef is juicy and honestly it's delicious. The chicken is also brilliant. It is really good, I recommend the chicken balls. The sweet and sour sauce is brilliant, it is a bit watery now and then but other than that it is great. The duck is tender and succulent. Delivery: The delivery is quite quick and the delivery people are usually really nice. Overall, a great time!
