   The best Chinese I had in a long time our old place got very bad so I risked it with Ruby and I must say it was worth it. Food is amazing chicken and beef where fresh, noodle need more spice but it’s still 4.5/5 the rest is strong 5*/5. And the price it’s amazing we all eaten and we still got so much food. Now the Chinese night will be every week. Recommend

   Been going here for year best one in Erdington but since they have put that little girl on the till and the phone it’s just put me off she answeres the phone like she has just woken up have to repeat my order about ten times and she still gets it wrong I understand if it’s for abit of work experience but please can you get someone more professional please

   Just tried to ring with my order only to be told I'm "on a blacklist". Apparently I have at some point failed to appear to pick up food I've ordered. I can't recall this and when I went in they didn't have a date that this happened. I've been getting food at least once every month for the last 25 years. Never again after this. Shame because I liked their food. If I had a takeaway and a regular customer was a no-show, I would ring them backin case they'd forgotten. Instead this place prefers to offend a loyal customer by telling them they're on a blacklist! Bad business!

   Totally gone down hill after being a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Rude guy on the phone with his constant cheeky remarks and they no longer take card over the phone - cash only, in a world where people don't even carry cash nowadays! the website doesn't have their full menu online and seems too limited so why even bother anymore!! Ruby is always 5 years behind times - why not go on Uber or Just-Eat? no vegan options? really bizarre.

   By far the best takeaway for Cantonese food. The food is well prepared and the staff are awesome. Highly recommended if nearby. They also deliver which I used as the service is very quick.
