The slowest staff I’ve ever seen. Only two people working but really quiet however instead of working the women just wanted to talk to someone they knew for 30 minutes. I didn’t say anything for the first 20 minutes asked if my order was gonna be soon they said oh yeah it’s here but we will have to remake it now as it’s cold
I LOVE taco bell, but this has to be the slowest, most unproductive store I've been to! Waited ages to get to a screen (no one bothered to come to tills). Took ages for me to get my order. It wasn't even busy! There were maybe 6 other people in the store 2 of which were sitting down eating already. There were people waiting at the till for over 5 mins without anyone coming out to talk to them. It's like no one actually wanted customers! When someone did come out... No smiles at all! Poor effort! Do better.
Haven't been in a Taco Bell outside of the States and this was altogether a completely different experience! The self service displays weren't working, the ladies toilet was out of order and the overall feel was one of apathy. The food, as you'd expect, is typical 'fast food fodder' which is not overly exciting but is tasty although there isn't a lot of it for the price. Charging 99p for a small tub of sauce is nothing short of a rip off! No atmosphere, largely because the staff all look like they don't want to be there, and it's no wonder the place is empty most of the time. Did we go on a bad day, or is this typical? Don't know, but we won't be rushing to go back.
Absolute joke would give 0 if I could. Ordered in the drive thru paid at 8.49. Then sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes. They only remembered I was there when they came to the window to serve the car behind and realised my food was sat on the side. I asked if it were fresh and they said yes. Suspecting it wasn't I pulled in and sure enough the chicken was stone cold. The drive thru was closed by this time so I returned returned the window and knocked on the window. I could see the staff hiding from me in the store hoping I would give up and go away. I waited a further 10 minutes for someone to return to the window(the only reason I think they did was the driver waiting for there order who had reversed to let me at the window). On stating I wanted a refund for waiting 10minutes to be given cold food she first tried to tell me it was fresh(yes 10 minutes ago!!!) And then all she kept saying was "it wasn't me who served you" and when I said I could see the staff hiding from me said "I was on the phone, asked them to go to the window and they wouldn't" !!! Never had anything like it before, was absolutely fuming they seem to enjoy making people feel like a mug!!! Will never return to a Taco Bell. Could see all the posters on the wall about customer service, maybe these servers can't read.
It wasn't busy inside, food was good, nice staff. We went around 9pm. Place was a bit messy, but the drive through line just kept coming, surprised the staff kept up as it is. We debated wether kfc/mcdonalds and we went taco bell instead as we never been before. Well guys it's 10/10. Try it. If you're unsure what you want go for a crispy chicken burrito deal, comes with fries. Oh and free refills on the drinks
I use this place every week. It's conveniently on a route I use regularly for work. I just wish that I could get a tea or coffee sometimes, but of course, it's just cold drinks on offer. But this will not prevent me from calling regularly in the future. The staff are friendly and always helpful. I feel relaxed when eating here
Amazing service and great service offered by the lovely young girl Tamzin , taking service the extra mile , so clean and tidy I will always come to this Taco Bell from now on
Very fast and friendly service. Lots of free parking. All the food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely go again and would recommend to others.
