   Ordered through Uber so no experience of service/atmosphere, but be warned - they mislabelled our burritos and I (vegetarian) took a bite of my partner's burrito which was full of beef. Really grim.

   I recently visited the Taco Bell in Kirkstall, and I must say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had to date. I was served by Winder, who I believe is the store manager, and her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine attentiveness truly stood out. She made me feel welcomed and completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Without a doubt, this is the best Taco Bell in Leeds—thanks to the exceptional service and warm atmosphere created by Winder and her team.

   I've recently moved to Headingley from Harrogate and love there's a new Taco Bell so nearby now (used to go to York) As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a self-serve kiosk. Right in the entrance. As soon as someone steps in behind you, you feel like you're in the way, which is annoying. After ordering, there's then the task of trying to find a clean, cleared table. I've worked in fast food, and I know it's annoying when customers leave the food and tray on the table when they're able to clear them away themselves, but especially when you're in a busy spot with a very limited number of tables, staff NEED to be more attentive and take literally 90 seconds to clear and wipe down tables. It's gross and unwelcoming. The staff seem nice enough but just need to take some care with the dining area and the cleanliness of where their paying customers are eating, especially during/after busy periods. In general, it's cheapish, very tasty, not mega filling (which is what I think makes it seem more expensive as you do NEED to buy a bit more) and I do enjoy eating at Taco Bell (when I have somewhere clean and tidy to eat).

   Me and my partner visited tonight (8/3/23) at about 7:30pm and ordered 2 meals. One as a regular and one was a large which obviously have different prices. However, the portion sizes for both were exactly the same and we had to ask for the correct size cups for what we paid for. If you ask me, getting a large meal is a complete waste of money when there’s no actual size difference anyway. They also neglected to tell us that they had run out of the sauce that goes into the burritos we ordered until we received our food and went back up to complain. They didn’t even bother to let us know beforehand or when they received our order incase we wanted to change our minds but also didn’t bother to ask if there was any other sauce we would like instead. I am honestly disappointed with the service we received and can’t imagine we will ever choose this location again.

   Tried taco bell for the 1st time recently after going to see Avatar. Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were really nice and gave me and my son recommendations. The quesadillas were fantastic. The service was great and the place was clean and tidy. I will go definitely go back.

   Taco bell is taco bell. Heated up, put together, it's always going to be consistent, however on a busy Saturday night how can you even justify only having 3 staff in the kitchen. My one meal order took a whole 29 minutes to be prepared and given to us. This isn't the staffs fault, they worked their arses off, this is whoever is responsible for them, the bosses, franchisees, owners, you should go work a shift and tell me why me and my 7 year old had to stand 29 minutes tonight.

   Once our order was placed on the Self Service Kiosk by the door it was no time at all until we had it in our hands. The staff were friendly and cheerful. Made the alterations we requested and everything was packaged up carefully without being smashed into pieces like some places that throw in in the box. Excellent service and the inside of the restaurant/takeout place was clean, colourful and modern. See the photos I added for Menu and environment as at this review (14th November 2022).

   Very clean, quite and extremely friendly staff. As I don't eat beef the staff said you can opt for chicken, which was great. The food was tasty and loved the seasoning on fries and went really well with nacho cheese sauce.
