   Great shop, it has lots of Clarks shoes, which is all you could really ask for when going into a Clarks shoe shop, but as an added bonus there is an interesting lady with an exotic accent who could probably tell you fantastic stories about the outside world.

   We went to get my son’s feet measured. We were acknowledged by a member of staff as they passed. The young girl who served us was lovely. Measured his feet and took time to talk to him. I told her we were only interested in sale shoes, she was still so helpful, wasn’t pushy and found us the pair of shoes he wanted. She took us to the till and let my son walk out in his new shoes. Excellent service and choice. Thank you

   Grandaughters first shoes. Staff not over enthusiastic seemed to be just going through the motions. When paying such high prices would have expected a better shopping experience with staff who know how to measure, interact, fit and check a babies foot, sadly not the case. Second visit to a Clarks shop with a similar experience. Clarks have definitely gone down hill whilst still seemingly charging for a superior service which doesn't seem to exist anymore.

   Friendly staff, and where great with my little daughter, picking her first pair of shoes... They did great to make her feel comfy when they where sizing her feet. She's only 19 months and all she did was babble and giggle... the shoes she wouldn't let go of, where a barging and fit her perfect. Where definitely going to be seeing them again soon for her next pair... thank you so much

   Took our little girl today for her first shoes at Clarks in Wigan. The lady who measured her feet and talked us through the various options was so lovely, kind and patient and made our daughter feel very comfortable and at ease. We can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much for helping us to pick our daughters first shoes. We love them! ☺

   Met by an older lady with a terrible attitude. What should have been a very happy, exciting experience getting my sons feet measured for the first time was completely ruined. Will not be returning. Absolutely shocking!
