   Really great place to get branded footwear, i found the footwear i wanted but all of them was marked. The woman at the checkout was really nice and professional (Hannah i think the ladys name was), she went to check in back to see if there was any more but still same result, had a curved mark on top of the front Bench shoes. She gave me a discount as i still wanted them, really good service. Always come here, never had any issues with quality apart from this one time but clearly its a manufacturer problem not the stores :)

   There's a good selection of shoes there. It's not as cheap as it once was and it can be difficult to find sizes. Most of the staff are lovely, a very small number need to learn customer service skills!

   Went to the Wigan branch. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are a credit to the company. You didn’t have my size in a pair of shoes I wanted. So the girl ordered them for me and I got them 2days later. Brilliant customer service 10/10!

   Nice and friendly staff. I love fact that you can buy half size as sometimes it is almost impossible to buy shoes for my daughter as she is constantly in-between sizes.

   Only two other customers in besides me so I politely asked the assistant if they had my size in a boot. She stopped stacking the shelf, looked for the model number in the boot then walked to the till saying "I only have two hands." Excuse me? That was an extremely rude thing to say to a customer, especially as the store was so empty. What awful service. Plus they didn't have my size
