   This takeaway has gone downhill. Charging extra to make a dish spicy and then for the bag without telling you …. It’s just added on. frustrating when you are a regular Customer . Wow following on from my review last week had a phone call from best choice essentially arguing down the phone to justify their disappointing level of service and how busy they are rather than take the feedback left from an unhappy customer !! Some kind of apology or understanding of the feedback and I might have actually taken the review down. Definitely won’t we going back here. Real shame after going to best choice for years.

   Ordered a beef and prawn curry and it seems they have tripped over with a basket of onions straight into the curry. This amount of onion would feed a family of 8 for 5 years not ideal. And the curry is runny like a nose with a cold

   Whatever happened to the lovely man or the lady who used to serve. They never got an order wrong and were always so friendly and polite. We've been ordering from here for the past 8 years but recently, the younger lady at reception not only takes orders down incorrectly, but then denies it or claims you never ordered what we did. Rude, abrupt and can not even read out your collection correctly, when you go to collect your food. Food standard has really started to go down hill whilst prices continue to rise.

   Fantastic Chinese , first time we have tried this restraunt tonight , ordered spare ribs, chicken balls, special chowmein and duck and mushroom , everything was fresh and tasty , great value and service , thank you, definitely be back.
