   I have recently started to shop at next and there prices for shoes are reasonably which I was shocked at. They have a excellent show range and selection. Managed to purchase two quality parts of boots, great value for money and know they will last which is great. The winter coats are also excellent quality. I am loving my new next coat it look amazing on and is a good fit so really happy because I have been hunting for the right coat for work that gives that professional look. I don't mind spending that little bit more for quality. The store has a great clip and collect service which is fast, you can exchangein store and reorder if needed if not stocked in the store. All the employees onsite have excellent customer service, are very helpful and maintain professionalism at all times. Customers service is important to me when I shop in a store and keep Customers coming back to store so keep up the good standards and hard work you all put in. The store is clean, bright and well presented. It is a really lovely store and I am a happy customer and look forward to my next visit.

   Had an issue with a few items I purchased but the lovely kandice? The manager was understanding and rectified the situation with a gift card and an apology. Can't always get it right in retail, but fair play for making me leave happier than I went in. All the best

   Excellent store, lots of choice and sizes. The store is over 2 levels with men's and home upstairs. There's a great coffee shop upstairs to stop for a brew whilst you shop!

   Great store with a wide variety of stock on offer. Only area which is really lacking is the home department. Good range for Clothing. Decent sized Costa and staff are always helpful and friendly. Can be a bit of a mightmare to get out the car park at peak times because the car park goes out to main entrance to Middlebrook Retail Park.
