I've been to this shop many time and met so many staff who are working in the shops and all I can say they're always friendly, professional, very kind , welcoming and very willing to help. So pleased with the over all experience
Thank goodness for local specialist shops!! Popped into Meeks a few months ago for school shoes for my impossible-to-buy-for daughter. The staff were amazing with her, put her at ease and really took time to fit her perfectly. Unfortunately, due to a manufacturing fault we had to return the shoes for a replacement. The manufacturer have been terrible (avoid Lelli Kelly at all costs!!) but Meeks sorted it out with no problems, they even remembered my daughter and found a suitable pair of shoes without having to try on the whole shop!!! Brilliant, brilliant customer service with a personal touch and a great range of stock to boot ❤️
The sales assistant with brunette hair has the customer skills of: a bull in a china shop. She was giggling non stop when she heard my accent, however Manchester is a multicultural city. ▪︎ Also they quoted that a pair of shoes was £10 pounds more expensive that what the price tag had on them. The other woman with white hair she told me with a dismissive manner: "that those pair of shoes are too expensive for you". Those two sales assistants act as they hate people. They are on the wrong job. Oh! Well, we live in the area, so it is their loss
worth a check if passing , had some good Ecco bargains from the sale rail over the years.

Lady who was working there had extremely old shoes on. I bough my shoes and they had muld on them I guess the place that they store the shoes is very dampy
This little shop is well stocked and is brilliant especially at peak times during the year (school shoes), I always head here so I can avoid the bigger, manic kids shoe shops. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
