   I've ordered from here since 2023 when I first moved to Perry Barr. The first thing I asked as someone who doesn't eat egg or dairy was what I could and couldn't have. When I queried the noodles used I was told they were WHEAT NOODLES not egg. So for what have ordered from here. I always start with stating everything NO EGG... and TBF they've always been very good at accommodating.. I would then add the food that could have egg to the end of my order (for others). Today I did the same a housefull of hungry people having just got back from the airport. I start my order 'all of these NO EGG'... Order the noodles to be told ' THEY CONTAIN EGG'. He then went on to argue that they always contained egg. When I pointed out that not what I was told. He insisted.... As someone who has to check her food I ASKED... I ALWAYS ASK. I was so upset I nearly cancelled my order but everyone was so hungry I carried on.Food was ok. The sauces ordered were half filled really stingey especially for the price. I left a note which was handed to the owner by the delivery driver. . I got a phone call explaining I was wrong. I pointed out it was serious and it could've been a allergy. He went on and on saying he never told me it was wheat.... Well someone did. Said sorry but ultimately that's not acceptable. If it was never wheat noodle why was I told otherwise. The conversation ended. I think received 3 other calls. There was nothing more to say. They've lost my respect and business. EDIT - WAS HARRASSED AND CALLED AGAIN AT 7.55AM the next morning.

   PLEASE NOT BUY FROM HERE! PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU. Worst food ever and nasty customer service , foods not fresh & it’s not authentic Chinese food. The special fried rice was not even fried, iit was soggy rice with loads of random nasty sauce at the bottom and random unfresh meat & a random fried egg on top. The short little driver with a white beard is the rudest man on earth.he went to the wrong adress & when I tried to tell him he got rude and hang up. When he finally came to the right address after I called the restuarant to report him , he didn’t even say sorry , he completely ignored me and just handed me the food. Very rude and unprofessional the food has an after taste it’s not edible. The bbq roast duck has pork chicken and prawns it’s basically mixed meat with no bbq sauce and two duck pieces. I’m not sure why it’s called a duck dish if it isn’t. I don’t even eat pork so couldn’t eat it .Hated the food and the service . I’ve inserted a picture of the alleged special fried rice lol

   The owner gave us a HORRIBLE RESPONSE and he was speaking like a CRAZY PERSON!!! I have been ordering from this shop 1-2 times a week for a few months now. As usual, My husband ordered a 75. Roast Duck with Satay Sauce and a 34. Special Roast Duck. But he ended up getting a 34. Special Roast Duck and a 45. King Prawn with Garlic and Chilli Sauce. I called the shop, intending to sort this out and either exchange it or get the correct dish next time, as I don’t eat chilli. But then the owner started screaming at me and insisted he was 100% sure my husband said 45 not 75. But we are also sure my husband said 75. Then the craziest thing happened. The owner even said if my husband said 45, the owner will die tomorrow and if my husband didn't say 45, MY HUSBAND WILL DIE TOMORROW!!????? WTH is this?????????? He refused to apologise for that and he said he wasn't wrong at all. I didn't call to argue, this was just a tiny mistake that everyone would make, I was just planning to get an exchange which is a reasonable way to solve it, but I didn't expect to get such HORRIBLE RESPONSE!! The owner is like a crazy person with extremely poor attitude!!

   Recommended by friend. Staff on phone polite. Delivery quick. Portion sizes very good. Ordered barbecued ribs with sauce. Plenty of meet on ribs,but meat a bit too salty. Would recommend this takeaway.

   Ordered because the reviews were good and jade garden was closed. The food arrived about an hour after order which is when they said. The food was cold and had to be microwaved which isn't a good start. My chicken curry had next to no chicken in it and the chicken chow mein had next to none in it as well. Fortunately the chicken balls weren't just batter. I love Chinese food and this was a disappointing experience and I ended up throwing most of it away.
