   I had quite the productive shopping experience! I was looking for shoes in a specific color for my sister’s birthday event. At first, Vlada seemed a bit suspicious of me, but she ended up being really helpful. In the end, I picked up two pairs of Skechers in black and white. They’re super comfortable, and I even got a 30% discount for buying both pairs. I decided to return the Nike Air Max since the Skechers were not only cheaper but way more comfortable.

   Very rude manager , just have to change the size from 9:00 to 8:50 and they refused to do So, I asked her to show me the rules and finally she managed to get out of books from some where hidden. And they unworn in pack, just need half a size smaller and she doesn’t ,

   Generally I find Skechers Trafford centre very helpful but since moving to the new store they haven’t been as on the ball as what they were in the previous unit across the mall. Usually you go in and browse for a minute or two and staff approach you to assist but a few times I’ve been in the new unit and you get left alone. This might be nice to have some good browsing time but when you actually want to try on and buy not having an assistant acknowledge you is very frustrating. This was the case today when I visited and spent about ten minutes perusing some men’s slip ins. I could see staff serving a customer but other staff stood around. One member even gave me eye contact but didn’t move to approach me. I find this wrong. What has happened since they moved units. Is the store now too big to staff in the same way. One star lost for poor customer service as I left unattended to.

   Skechers Retail has a lot of good collections. Mostly I like their sneakers collection also the quality is superb. Then also they have more unique designs of shoes for both men’s and women’s. The overall look is great and the shop arrangement is perfect so we can easily found what we want.

   This shop is the best place for decent footwear for your feet. Wider fitting shoes and an awesome range of shoes. I personally have been only wearing skechers since 2008 and swear by them.
