   First, lovely people to deal with on the phone, very polite and helpful. Secondly, I got a pair of stacked canvas "converse" type sneakers for £18. Brilliant. Good quality and they look great. Everyone thinks they ARE converse but at a fraction of the price. Finally, Loudlook are a Manchester based company, and we should stick together and support local businesses. Thanks Loudlook, 5 stars for being great.

   Fraudulent seller **AVOID**. I bought a pair of platform shoes which collapsed on second wearing. Seller first gave me the run-around, requesting photos multiple times (which I sent), saying emails were mysteriously lost, then they ghosted communication. Instead they falsely informed Paypal I had 'altered' the shoes in an effort to deny a refund despite the fact I had duly posted the shoes back.
