Products are good but the dealing of the staff is very unpleasant and unwelcoming, shoes are given in very bad state like no protection of shoes or packed them properly as these are bit expensive shoes and have to repack them if have to gift them
Jenny just helped me with advice regarding the Layla boot . I have never had such personal service …. Working all my life in retail , I’m not easily impressed . She is knowledgeable , so engaging … she even demonstrated a cream on my very weary ankle boots . It was a pleasure to be helped by her a total asset to your business .

Left disappointed today..shop wasnt busy...no help from assistants and when asked if they did half sizes ... i got a very grunted no and ignored again.. Loss of sale today in this store....as they made me feel my custom was not needed.....
