   I wanted to return an online purchase from Hobbs and purchase a similar item in a smaller size. I googled to see where my nearest store was and had completely forgotten there was a Hobbs Store in the Trafford Centre. I rang the Store first to check if they had the item and size I wanted in store. They had and kindly offered to save it for me to purchase the next day. The service I received from the moment I entered the Store to Leaving was something to behold. To Laura the Manager I wish to say ‘thank you for your help and advice’. and to compliment you for having a team of lovely Staff obviously taking their lead from you! I loved the ambience of the Store which added to the great experience. I shall from now on when purchasing Hobbs ALWAYS return to this Store knowing that I’m not only going to be greeted with a smile but to experience the best of service! Thank you

   We had the best shopping experience at Hobbs on Deansgate/King St. Manchester. My Mum was looking for a dress for my brothers wedding and was spoilt for choice. A particular mention must be made to Charlotte who was exceptional and so helpful. She offered excellent suggestions and had a thorough knowledge of the range and could offer helpful and kind assistance. It made for a very enjoyable shopping experience and Mum is delighted. Charlotte is a huge asset to your shop! Thank you.

   I love Hobbs clothes and choices, always so elegant and pretty colours and styles. Perfect for everyday or those special occasions. Visiting the UK from Australia and was keen to buy a couple of dresses to take home . I had a lovely stylist help me with my sizes and suggested some beautiful pieces which I will love wearing to my next special date.

   Staff were amazingly helpful - looking for a Mother of the Bride dress but unfortunately they didn't have my size. They rang around other stores and found 1 in Tunbridge Wells and arranged delivery. Fantastic service and absolutely love the dress!!

   Looking for a mother of the bride outfit and Linda was absolutely brilliant. Mixing and matching, jackets, hats, shoes and handbags. Nothing was too much trouble. No pressure to buy. She deserves 6 out of 5 for customer service and really knows how to enhance an outfit.
