   Absolutely shambolic service. Never write bad reviews but honestly terrible place to order from. Ordered my food almost 2 hours ago, said it’ll be here 1:20-40, rang them twice to be told it’ll be there in a few minutes first and then 10-15 mins. I ordered it for a certain time to eat on my break and I’m going back to work without eating because I need to get back to work. I wouldn’t have minded abit late but an hour late on top of the hour waiting is appalling.

   After accepting a £30 order and making us wait almost 2 hours and speaking to them on the phone twice confirming the order had been collected and on the way I called again after the driver cancelled the order and the restaurant said we were too far away to deliver to. I was passed from 4 different staff members on the phone before being handed to a manager, who turned out to be absolutely vile! He was being patronising, sarcastic, dismissive and mocking me repeating things back to me just damn right rude.

   Ordered an XL burger and chips for takeaway. When I got home and sat down to eat, I was really disappointed to find the portion of chips was tiny definitely not what you'd expect from an XL meal. Felt pretty ripped off. The attached photo says it all, not happy, and definitely won’t be ordering again unless the portion sizes improve.

   I recently visited here and ordered some items. I ordered mild flavour wings, lemon and herb flavour wings and mango and lime flavour wings alongside with chicken strips and chicken piri piri burger. I must say this place is one of the best places i have ever been and i have tried pepes all across UK but this one is the best among all. We got our order very fast they had a very nice place for seating and the staff was soo good that they give us complementary churos along with chocolate sauce which is a must try. Shout out to Sajid brother who look after us alot. I must recommend it to everyone out there.

   I phoned the shop to place an order, repeating myself multiple times as the lady on the phone couldn't understand. I specifically said that i want my chicken well done but i collected it under done. Please be more mindful at the customer's requests.

   Had the food here when visiting Doncaster. By far the cleanest and best tasting pepes so far! Counter staff is amazing and quick service. Definitely recommend.

   Awesome. As always. Full chicken for 2! Always turns out succulent and tasty. Even nice cold the next day (the chicken, not so much the fries). Always get a couple of hot sauces tho!

   good food and good service but their justeat is set up totally wrong. instead of disabling the option to deliver, they've just put the word "collection" against the item categories. rang up to check and the guy seemed to have an attitude when i questioned why. just disable the 'delivery' option, it takes less than 10 seconds to do in the settings

   Food is great but the delivery problem...Food either disappears like no sign of any delivery and says delivered when it never turned up. When calling the place respond is I don't know seriously? Only turns up on time correctly once in a blue moon. Should be arriving at 18:30pm... still not here and now it is like nearly 19:20pm at least reassuring would be nice. Disappointing.
