Thought we'd try this as, never been before. Staff friendly. Prices about average. Had special chow mein and chicken sweet n sour. CM was OK, bit greasy. SnS was our first case of chinese shrinkflation. Nearly £7 and in a small rice container. It was bland really and not that good chicken. We live and learn. Won't be back sadly.
Way too salty on the curries but the duck was nice, easy on the salt guys to us it was inedible.
Great food .. prawn balls are beautiful and nice people
Not a very good Chinese, shredded beef was chewy, chicken wings were bland and soggy. The chips were stale first time I ordered from here and will be the last

What can i say always good and tasty food been going here for years they do the best curry sauce around, Had a very tasty special curry with fried rice cannot be beaten locally for value for money and taste
I've being to Lai's garden a few times and their fried rice dishes were tasty! This time i ordered a chicken curry. When i tasted the meat it was pork with grissel. Why did they put pork in when i asked for chicken??
